It is no secret that a considerable number of homeless in California come from other states. Even mental hospitals outside California are guilty of sending patients on a one-way ticket to places like Los Angeles. People know that the state is probably the most generous in providing assistance and is tolerant of transients. I guess that makes Democrats guilty of being Christian. Republicans can never be mistaken for good people. Blatant hypocrite phonies.

Actually NYC has done a pretty good job dealing with homeless. Areas with mild winters are the most prone to homelessness.
