    As for the 60 criminals in that video, they're all victims, they're oppressed and if given a chance they could have been brain surgeons.

    60 criminals all attacking the same place at the same time = institutional and cultural thuggery.

    What it is is organized and it's a crime, we have a phrase for that.

    When I was a kid I had a hard enough time getting enough people to play 2 on 2 basketball and probably didn't know 60 other kids. These kids, probably using social media, organized a crime with probably little difficulty. And here's the thing, if one of them gets arrested for this, 1. he won't be prosecuted, and 2. if he drops dimes on the others he'll be a dead man.
