Stormy Daniels tried to extort Trump, clear and simple.

Well since some of Obama's were investigated and Trump has been investigated too, clearly a moot point.

Possibly. When you cheat on your wife with porn stars, you takes your chances.

Yes. Do you answer questions? What makes hush money illegal? What statute?

The media would have covered it up, the porn star would have be labelled a racist and even possibly thrown in prison for making "false" statements even if they had it on film. It's OK for Obama to actually break the law and smoke dope but allegations against Trump that can't even be proven are considered enough evidence to impeach or even try to indict.

Even following his Constitutional rights is being dragged through the mud and laws in NY are being changed to possibly prosecute him.

So are mine. Nowhere does it state in the Constitution that I need to pee to get job and my private life exposed yet that is exactly what occurs.

There's nothing "illegal" about paying a whore hush money. The case is closed. Can't accept the results? To bad for you.

Guilt or innocents is not always a factor when people pay. Sometimes it is cheaper and better to just make a cash payment than it is to fight the accusation. For instance, I have been ticketed for speeding when I felt I was not speeding. It was easier to pay the $50 fine than it was to take 1 or more days out of my work life (and not getting paid for working) than it was to fight the ticket. Many accusers are counting on the "buy off".

No one's forcing you to pee. If you don't want to pee, don't pee. You're not entitled to any job. Pull your zipper up and walk out. No body cares.

I am sure you'll then approve in the future when Democrats use hush money (and possibly campaign funds) to hide inconvenient facts from the voting public weeks before a highly-contested presidential election.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say you have a right to a job either.

Unless it is for the purpose of influencing a political campaign and you lied about it the the FEC. Then it is illegal. You can keep pretending it isn't, but we already have a guilty plea based on that.

If the money is being spent to contribute to the success of a campaign, and it wasn't reported, that's illegal. You guys going to keep pretending we don't have a guilty plea?

The court and one of the guilty parties disagrees.

That is not true...at least how you wrote that. It is not illegal even if it was for the success of a campaign unless the money came out of money donated into the campaign coffers. If the money came out of personal funds, it is legal....even if it was not reported.

That's not remotely true. There are spending limits on personal funds for external parties, and they have to be reported. Cohen violated on both counts. Whether or not it involves the campaign coffers doesn't matter. You are trying to pretend that in-kind contributions don't matter.

Cohen. Pleaded. Guilty. The. Court. Accepted. His. Plea. Keep dancing, but the truth is still there.
