But the interpretation of that research was not....at least not the conclusions presented by Berenson. It even appears that the conclusions reached by some of the scientist and medical professionals are highly disputed.....and rightfully so.

Of course they are disputed. The medical marijuana (now that is questionable) and the legalization lobby wants to suppress their research. And they are very powerful and motivator do so.

Do you think it makes a case for prohibition?

Do you prefer dodging questions to offering a yes or no? It doth appear that way.

No. It makes a case for prudence based on knowledge. Many people don’t drink alcohol because of the possible consequences.

So, the opinions of scientists and medical professionals are only valid when they conform to your beliefs? If they do not conform to your beliefs or dispute the findings of others, then it is because of the medical marijuana lobby? A bit of a stretch, don't ya think?

Not really. It’s primarily the Marijuana legalization lobby that works to suppress the information. But you know that because you read the book.

It's a clear answer, where warranted, such as bath salts, I support prohibition, otherwise, I support sensible regulation. This isn't esoteric code, I think you can figure it out.

Not at all. Your response indicates that your English comprehension is poor. So, either your rewrite your response to fit what it was I actually said or I'll ask you again .....

    "Do you understand English?"

The various paths all move toward a reduction of violence along that path. Reform the existing LPS type laws and get the mentally ill the treatment they need and deserve and overall violence will be reduced. Why are there more mentally ill people in prison than in mental treatment facilities.

They pro marijuana and its derivatives advocates actually suppresses the distribution of the research that shows links between marijuana and mental illness and violence.

Read my lips: "Parallel paths" NEVER reach the same point.
You are intentionally changing the subject. It is not the proper way to conduct a discussion or a debate.

There are parallel paths to reducing violence. How can anyone dispute that ??? And that is clearly not changing the subject of reducing violence in the United States.

It is pointless for me to waste any more of my time with someone who claims black is white and who is very clearly trolling.

You seriously believe that mental health is not a significant contributing factor to violence in the US ?? You seriously believe that the implementation of versions of the California LPS laws have not resulted in significant and tragic violence in the United States ?? Read the reference from which the following excerpts are taken. You seriously think discussing this subject is trolling ?? You seriously think that discussing the degradation of the US mental health treatment system by these LPS laws is a waste of time ?? Try explaining that to the family of Nathan Jones who killed his mother in 2006. She had complained of her son't mental illness for years but could get no treatment or help from the police. This is but one example of many.

Not many are into constitutional authorization for legislative details, but you are, and that's good.

What constitutional authorization for drug prohibition would you offer? By what authority does the federal government prohibit the citizen from using various substances including drugs?

How convenient they the FBI removes all the drug and gang related shootings, which are the vast majority of all shooting in America. This is a farce, and a total waste of resources for a less than 1 incident per state. That sort of thing has no place within federal jurisdiction. Thank you for pointing that out. Now kindly fix your second class country before whining about mine...
