yep, true he could not be impeached for those character flaws, but he can and will be impeached for trying to force a foreign government to go after his political rivals

dems will decide which candidate most support their values

republicans are blocking republican primaries and debates as they do not want their party to decide for them, they want to pick for their party - the establishment republicans want Trump

Right, wherever he moves they'll just send down to Florida for further investigation and potential prosecution.

That's easy. It is the candidate that the DNC and all of Corporate America are terrified of. This candidate is anti-war, anti-interventionism, pro-Constitution, anti-money in politics, anti-corruption and big business monopolies, pro-choice, anti-sanctions, pro-Medicare for all + choice, and pro-social reforms. This candidate has proven that she walks the walk, by suing Google and H. Clinton, has protested in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Standing Rock, the Homestead Detention Center, and stepping down as co-chair of the DNC. She is also a current Major in the Army National Guard, and a 4 time elected member of Congress. She is a combat veteran, with a very clear perspective of our current foreign policy direction. She is someone who will stand up to anyone, even on their own show. Every one who has attacked her has ended their campaign, except one that was saved by the moderator. She has absolutely no skeletons in the closet, or has ever lied about anything. She is the only candidate, that has a clear understanding of what service before self really means. Finally, her campaign is entirely driven by individual donors, and absolutely no political or corporate pac donations. No one but the people to be beholding to.

This candidate is obviously, Tulsi Gabbard.

You do realize that the only reason that government has interfered in our lives, is because of the social abuses we have committed on the rights of others. There is no equal opportunity, if the playing field is not equal. People were being lynched, Jim Crow laws were enacted, people were treated as 3rd class citizens, people were denied housing, denied education, denied jobs, denied their right of due process and liberty, and in many cases were denied even their right to life, until the Government stepped in to level the playing field. There was, and will never be equal opportunity, without Government intervention. This is why we have a Socialist Democracy, that protects those who are "less equal". Especially, from those that are convinced that they are doing the right thing.

My understanding is, that it is the PEOPLE, not the DNC or the democratic party, that elects their nominee. If the people decide that Tulsi is their candidate, then they will show their preference in the Primaries. If she wins most of the primaries, the delegates have no choice but to choose her as their nominee. Nothing to do with the DNC. Are you saying that if she simply changed her tag to "Republican", that she would be more electable? The latest poll out has 1 in 5 Trump voters, already voting for her. Tulsi has said many times, that she wants to bring the Democratic Party back to what it once stood for.

I'm sure nobody simply votes for someone simply because of the party they belong to. That would be divisive and tribal. We don't just ignore their policies, experience, and their character, or simply vote for them because of their gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, or their shoe size, do we? My country deserves more than this superficial criteria. We are more complex than this.

Also, is that going to be Trumps defence, "Well Biden did it", "It's all fake news", or "The Democratic Party has done worse". Blaming others, who are NOT on trial is not a very mature defence. In my opinion.

Judge slams feds over murky stance on McCabe
    https://www.politico.com/news/2019/11/14/andrew-mccabe-prosecution-uncertainty-071028

A federal judge excoriated Justice Department officials Thursday for their handling of potential criminal charges against former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, saying the continued uncertainty over the prosecution was unfair to McCabe and the public.

“This is not a hard case,” U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton said. “I was a good prosecutor for a long time. Deciding whether or not you’re going to charge someone with false statements or perjury is not that hard, factually or legally — maybe politically, but not factually or legally.”

My original post was to answer a question by another poster. He was asking for a Democrat that could tick most of his boxes. I provided that democrat, and he agreed that if he had to, she would definitely be his only choice. His honesty is all I can hope for. I assume that you now realize that the DNC is NOT ultimately responsible for the people's choice in which candidate they want for President. At least, I hope so. Regarding your post,

If Joe Biden filled Shea Stadium, and spoke to a television audience of millions, and bragged about how he used his position to get his son an over-paid job, and to interfere with the corruption investigation into the company, so the frickin what? What does HIS action have to do with the actions of Trump? Biden is responsible for HIS own actions, and Trump his. You can't use one wrong act to justify or excuse another wrong act. This is the same logic that you would never let your children get away with. "Well Billy was smoking weed, and his parents don't care, so why should I be punished for smoking weed, and Billy is not punished?". Two wrongs will never make either a right, right? Sometimes, when you are only speaking to the choir, you may never see your errors. But, when you step outside the choir, your errors will become clear and obvious.

Why Schiff is blocking Biden's testimony? I would guess, since Biden is a private citizen, it might be because of direct relevancy and self-incrimination. That would be my guess.

No. He has an extensive business foot print in NY, is in the city regularly, they will continue to handle from NY. This is a State Investigation. They can't "transfer it" to Florida.
