The necessary corrections will be painful, including the liquidation of the massively over leveraged banking/financial system and the elimination of the bank whoring FED
You have made no statement just called people names. I have a quote for you: "Name calling is typical of left wingers these days. When they are losing an argument they go right to name calling." Logical 1 8/7/19 Care to respond?
Or you could not complain about Logical doing the same thing either way. Whether either of us likes it or not they both have a right to post whatever they want hoever disconnected from reality we believe it to be.
Yes, the corrupt bipartisan political class is in it for the money. “In his love of the game and popularity in this town, [Haley] Barbour reminds me of another former party chairman, Democrat Terry McAuliffe– A Haley “drinking buddy,” not shockingly. They are good-time guys and “Washington fixtures” even though Barbour set off to seek the Mississippi Gov.'s mansion in 2003 and McAuliffe wants to shed the “Washington fixture” label and become the next Governor of Virginia. … Haley and Terry also met in the most Washington of love incubators, the green room. They argued on TV in the 1990s, did the Right versus Left thing, and were soon doing business together.” Mark Leibovich, This Town, Penguin Books, 2013, pp. 144, 145.
Talk about "Pot meet Kettle". Wow. Some people just don't understand the Their OWN OP utterly negates their "talking point".
Being a millionaire today doesn't mean squat in today's world. You're comfortably in the middle class and probably drive a 9 year old Honda CRV. Days of the Great Gatsby have been gone for a long, long time.
Depends on where you live and your cirumstances. For instance, I moved from an area where housing on average was 1600.00 plus a square foot to an area at 230.00 a square foot. Obviously that changes your spending choices.
To the OP, one word: FEAR. 66 million plus those that sat out in 2016 are afraid of what has transpired in this country over the last three plus years.
One of the problems Democrats have is that the party is composed of a dozen different interest groups all of them motivated to a greater or lesser extent by identity politics. This means there are numerous fracture lines within the Democratic party and pleasing all of them is difficult if not impossible.
I agree, but I also think that at the upper most level the leadership is fairly uniform in ideology and intentions, the last remnants of the old smoke filled back room deal makers. But then again maybe this really is an indication that they are at last losing control of the party at the highest of levels.
While they still have control at the highest levels to some extent the fact is they can no longer count of translating that into votes especially in the primaries. Biden us the last unifying force the Dems will ever have and he is increasingly and obviously seen the Nile metaphorically at least.
No better or worse that the current fool that is inhabiting the WH. The fool in the WH actually thought the common flu vaccine would cure the Covid virus.
