If you know of someone that is financially strapped and is considering whether to get testing, would you prefer that they go ahead and get tested or refuse to seek the test because of cost?

Looks like the S&P just missed out on entering the bear market because it ended the day at 2741.

The NASDAQ also barely avoided entering the bear market as it closed down to 7952 (bear market would be 7855).

On the other hand, the DOW's 11 year record of a bull market did end today. The DOW closed at 23,552 which is more than 20% below the recent high of 29551.

Similarly the Russell 2000 index also entered the bear market. It closed to 1264 (bear market started at 1365).
