Grisham out as West Wing press secretary without having held a briefing

White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham is leaving the job without ever having briefed the press. CNN has learned she is returning to the East Wing as first lady Melania Trump's chief of staff as President Donald Trump's new chief of staff Mark Meadows shakes up the communications team in the West Wing.

Meadows is currently considering several candidates for the press secretary job, including Trump campaign spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany. The new chief of staff is also considering hiring Alyssa Farah, the current spokeswoman for the Defense Department, for a communications role, among others, two sources with knowledge of the situation told CNN.

So, Grisham is out as Press Secretary without ever having held a briefing?

Why do we need any more "press briefings"? We have been getting two hours of "press briefings" every night for the last two months and all they do is draw wrath from the malcontents.
Turn on your MSNBS and CNN echo chambers, they will tell you what to think.

 

Based off what the media has has been doing held the last couple of weeks, I would just cancel them, and release a daily press briefing vie email to the news media. That way they can't spin it.

 

If Trump ever was to resume these, McEnany would be the perfect vessel to Parrot his Warped (Fantastical) Propaganda.

Kayleigh has all of the Intellectual Depth of a Lobotomized Stepford Wife.

Meadows can consider who he wants.... this job is completely unimportant until Prez Biden makes it great again, or at least useful again...

She was holding two positions. Trump has a press conference everyday and many Democrats insist that networks stop broadcasting his press conferences. So what's the problem?
