don't need either for murder. this is felony murder. premeditation is not required.

Didn't imagine, knew that the felony had taken place. And who cares what colour the suspect is?

you can not substantiate the claim he was fleeing from the scene of a crime. Nobody witnessed him commit a crime.

No, it shows how they were justified. They are charged and in jail because the prosecutors are trying to avoid the African American mob rioting.

they were not, as has already been shown to you. They had zero authority to attempt to detain him.
I'm sure McMichaels didn't intend to kill Arbery, but his illegal actions caused his death, which GA law calls murder.

It's been posted dozens of times over the past 206 pages. You've seen it, you know that it shows mcMichaels pointing the gun at him from the bed of the truck.

yes, if you completely ignore the statutes you've been given, you can make this claim.
no, they are charged and in jail because we have video evidence of the illegal detention, and subsequent killing, along with the statement from the shooter himself showing they had zero authority to attempt to detain Arbery.

Their detention was perfectly legal they had reasonable suspicion of a felony. The person filming had no active participation whatsoever. The DA quite clearly believes in appeasement over justice.

Different case where the killer was immediately chased down, not allowed to go free for two months, and is now dead.

Immediate legal action vs attempting to cover up a crime.

not according to GA law. It's why they are in jail. this has been explained to you a hundred times.
he was the 3rd man chasing arbery. His participation is what led to him being charged with felony murder.

By whom? Men who wished to detain a suspected burglar for the police? How could the person filming have joint enterprise with the accused unless they are telepathic?

in order to refute me, you would have to show McMichaels lied to the police. The ADMIT they did not witness a crime.

They were all 3 chasing arbery, attempting to affect an illegal detention. They had zero authority to do so, w hich is why they are in jail.

No, we have the reverse, they had every RGTS give the circumstances. Show me the statement from Travis showing he had zero authority?

They're in jail to appease the black mob, this has been explained to you a 1000 times. Chasing a man to detain him for the police is not a felony.

this is false, as you've been shown. You've been given the PR which has their statements already.

Except they didn’t, because it didn’t happen.
He trespassed at maximum, technically he didn’t even do that because the home owner did not want to press charges.
Saying his intent was to steal for walking on a constitution site would be like saying someone was looking to commit grand theft auto because they walked onto a car dealership at night.

They did not witness a crime, have immediate knowledge arbery committed one, or had a reasonable suspicion a felony had been committed. they ADMIT this to police.
