What don't you understand that this was private property, the criminals were engaged in a criminal trespass and property damage and were committing an assault on these two law abiding residents.

Because they weren't there to **** with those homeowners they were there to go **** with another homeowner, the mayor.
The people patricia points at are not advancing on the property when she points at them. < That would be the situation in which it would be acceptable to point it directly at someone and threaten them directly with deadly force. Assuming you hadn't made a statement that you only feared "2 bad actors" and instead kept your big mouth shut and didn't foreclose those sort of arguments ahead of time.

Should all the *******s in the past 5 weeks that tossed a brick or a firery cocktail be charged with attempted murder as well? Every one of those peaceful protestors?

I wouldn’t wait/trust for a mob to make their first move. They already broke through a gate to private property. F them

So they put the lives of unarmed black people in danger. Nice to know

The protesters didn't approach that house or any other house for that matter. And you don't need to be within inches of a gun to be killed. A person pointing a gun at you for a such a short distance will do. And they did that. And according to you, they didn't know how to handle them... so those black people just weren't killed by sheer luck. I do believe their lives matter and should not depend on just luck if they get killed or not by some buffoons.

That is assuming that waving your loaded weapons to unarmed people who just walk by is "law abiding".
    I contest that.

I leave that up to the local authorities to decide.

Thank you so much Kapitan Obvious for telling me that you do not need to be within inches away from someone in order to hurt them with a rifle or even a pistol in range.

Don't think they aren't coming for you. Watch the attached video. The man lost his job for this encounter and both he and his wife are now in jail. You should look up the MSM (CNN) coverage on this. They strip out all the context and only show the confrontation from the moment the woman pulls the gun.

Notice who is throwing out racial slurs and threats of violence in the video. That context is not covered by the MSM.

We are losing the rule of law. Anarchy is coming.

PS. Here is REPUBLICAN asshat who arrested the couple.

Ahhhh the criminals were mostly white and they destroyed private property and with the first step on the private property for the purpose of threatening and intimidating they were in violation of the law.

And you'll end up in prison with that attitude man. You're not authorized until they actually move on your actual property. Not the HOA's property, yours.

You came with the argument "but they did not shoot".... as if that matters. It does not. They were waving their guns at unarmed people just walking by. That's simply assault. Those people who walked by did not create any violent acts against ANY other homes there. And all you can do now is not have an opinion on your own and place your hopes the local authorities won't do crap. lol

It is contestable. The only people who were threatened to be killed where them unarmed black people who let everybody in that ENTIRE fenced community just be.... because them 2 white folks had their guns aimed at them. And them 2 white folks weren't law abiding at that point one bit. That's assault.

They just replaced the gate that BLM destroyed. That had to cost several thousand dollars. You think BLM will be paying for that property destruction?

The protesters broke down a gate and if that gate. The "road" , that the protesters marched on through that private community which has a HOA ( Home. owners Association) is called a common element. Common Elements are owned on a per capital share basis by all the home owners of that community. Therefore those protesters were trespassing on private property.

I live in a private 55+ community we have one way in and out. All our roads are privately owned by us owners. We paid for them when we bought our homes. We pay to maintain our roads which means fixing them replacing as needed, and snow removal. We also pay taxes on those roads as part of our real estate tax bill.

So we here own the roads and if protesters came through my development called Partizan Village uninvited they would be trespassing on private property. I as an owner have every right to defend my property. If that defense calls for pointing deadly weapons at protesters so be it.

How do you know the 'peaceful protestors' were unarmed? Did you happen to catch any of the 'peaceful protests' that resulted in people being beat to death, businesses looted, property destroyed, etc?

Contrary to what you may believe, and what the liberals and media may tell you, people WILL defend themselves and their property. A liberal idiot mayor may give you a pass to run amok in a city, but that **** isn't going to happen in the suburbs

That was the property of the community,... not the property of somebody personal like a house. Those people were "protecting" their house by waving their guns at unarmed people who did not harm anybodies personal property. Black people would have been shot on sight by cops if they did that to white people. Everybody knows that.
