    Eric Wuestenberg and his wife, Jillian Wuestenberg have been charged with felonious assault.

    Eric Wuestenberg has lost his job and its likely the same will happen to his wife.

    The wheels of justice are starting to turn for minorities in the USA as white privilege is thrown into a bonfire kindled by bigotry and hate.

    Nothing like threatening to beat up a pregnant woman whom just wanted to leave peacefully. What lovely people.

    Only reason charges are being 'filed' is to stop another Wendy's from being burned to the ground.

    If you hate white people, then buy a tanning bed, nappy up your hair and and march along Sharpton andnTawana Brawley.

    If you really hate white people, then let us know when blacks will stop demanding help from us and we will go away.

    Hey, did you catch the videos of blacks dragging white people out of cars and beating them?

    the charge won't stick, I am on the left and even I can see that they were in their right to fear people breaking down their gate to their private community, especially based on what we have seen recently - no one was shot, they did good imo, only difference is they should have held their guns pointed up, but I do not think any jury will convict as no one was harmed by them, thus no assult occured

    this was not public land, streets or sidewalks, if it was, that would be different

    you can't put people in fight or flight mode, then attack them for being fearful

    no one turns a blind eye on black on black murder.... they just do not see it as an excuse for cops to be bad and murder unarmed citizens, especially when handcuffed as we saw recently

    How many black on black murders can you name the victims? How many protests for it to stop? When was the last time anyone, any lib or democrat, got their shorts in a twist over the thousands of black on black murders. Why are a few cops killings worse than THOUSANDS OF BLACK ON BLACK MURDERS?

    If you were black, who would you fear most, a cop or a fellow black guy? Be honest, because we all know the real answer.

    Last year 41 unarmed Americans were killed by law enforcement, 9 of them were Black and 19 were White. In that same time frame 89 law enforcement officers were murdered.

    victims... and when we catch criminals we arrest and charge them, be they wear a badge of not, be they white or black

    we should not give criminals paid vacations like we do cops when caught

    why some on the right try to defend bad cops with.. but but black on black crime, though makes no since to me

    nope, I am saying arrest bad cops and any criminal that commits a crime, regardless of race or gender or if they wear a badge

    But the bad cops were arrested (re Floyd) so what is your justification for the rioting, murder, vandalism, looting, destroying black businesses, maiming and general destruction that's followed?

    I've seen the whole video. The charges will be dropped or they will be acquitted in a court of law for self defense.

    he wasn't though, it took the protests to make it happen - many cops get away Scott from with their bad acts

    and no one justifies the "rioting, murder, vandalism, looting, destroying black businesses, maiming and general destruction" from the cops or the other side

    also did not support Trump assaulting innocent protestors for his stupd photo op

    The extended video is evidence that there does need to be far more STRINGENT REGULATIONS when it comes to issuing concealed carry permits because she just proved that she was UNFIT to have one.

    The EVIDENCE proves that she could have SAFELY stayed INSIDE the vehicle and called the cops.

    INSTEAD she got back OUT of the vehicle and PULLED out her gun and POINTED it at unarmed people who were NOT a threat to her.

    If she had NOT had the gun she would probably have stayed in the vehicle and called the cops.

    So obviously she believed that her GUN gave her the "right" to THREATEN others.

    That erroneous belief on her part should ensure that she has her CC permit CANCELLED and that she is NEVER issued with another one for the rest of her life.

    And before the gun obsessed go "ballistic" there is NO Constitutional RIGHT to a CC permit! Taking away her CC permit is NOT a violation of her 2A rights since she still has her gun. Instead if ENSURES that she is no longer a THREAT to society.

    Most murderers aren't arrested right away. There usually is an investigation first. In the case of Floyd there was instant outrage about his death. Letting no time to pass for the investigation to happen. That is why the cop wasn't arrested right away.

    As for cops getting away with it so much you're going to have to prove that.
