    You are making a huge assumption based on what your desires are that nobody else in the thread has made and assigned that intent to Biden.

    What Biden and the left are completely missing is that most military equipment which goes to cities is DEFENSIVE in nature, as in it's stuff that protects whoever is going to to mop up a mess. The military doesn't sell landmines and missiles to cities. But the bigger question is, why would cities need that stuff if they have the perfect populations? You don't see Mayberry buying Humvees, but I'll bet liberal crime ridden cities have plenty of them. Why?

    The bottom line is cities wouldn't need this stuff unless they needed this stuff. Cops wouldn't use this stuff unless the cops had to use this stuff. And guess which cities and which people require cities to buy this stuff and cops to use this stuff?
