I agree that likely Trump is toast, but what does that have to do with how dangerous the virus actually is?

There is a consensus emerging that the data was all grossly inaccurate and misleading. Even NYT alludes to it.

Not to support Trump, but in one regard hindsight shows he was reasonably close regarding the morbidity of the virus.

Where I live, beaches were closed even though no one sat within 12 feet of each other before Covid.

A man faces fines for not wearing a mask even though his walk/hike does not put him within 12 feet of another human.

A skate park was filled with sand.

A woman was threatened with 6 months in jail for selling items in her front yard.

A man was dragged off a bus for not wearing a mask

Halloween (Almost 2 months away) Trick or Treating, Trunk or treating, parties, haunted houses, are banned.

Gatherings on private property are being shut down.

Businesses are threatened with having their utilities shut off for staying open while being non-essential in the eyes of politicians.

A man was handcuffed and detained for playing catch with his daughter.

A man was arrested for paddle boarding.

And of course getting your hair did while not being a politician is banned.
