Podcaster Joe Rogan Officially Makes His Move to Texas

I have watched a few podcasts in Rogan's new studio. He claims he made the move because of LA overcrowding and to have "a little more freedom". There are more reasons I would think such as lower taxes but Rogan is not going to admit that. Being in entertainment he has to maintain a lefty point of view while not pissing off any conservative fans. He does walk that line pretty well.

If Rogan really is a Democrat he should have to stay in California and wallow in the misery created by democrats. What about those not wealthy enough to be able to move?

Democrats ruin states and cities with their policies and then many move to a conservative state taking their BS with them.

Should they stay and clean up their own mess?

 

All Democrats should either stay in California or New York or move to California and New York. Just stay the hell out of Texas and other Red States. They created their mess so they should eat where they shat.

 

Rogan just signed a deal with Spotify for over $100 million. Just like liberal elites he needs to avoid taxes.

 

As much as he likes his ganja, he ain't gonna like having to find a dealer again, and anything over a QP is a felony...

 

Acrually he doesn’t tow any line at all because he doesn’t need Hollywood at all. His money source comes directly from his show which he controls 100%, working for the UFC which certainly doesn’t bend to Hollywood and his stand up which is his.

He swings both ways on different beliefs like most of the country. And He would have been cancelled a long time ago if anyone was able to do it. They try but they can’t. He doesn’t give a crap what anyone says and no one has the ability to control him. Quite the ideal situation he’s set up for himself.

And he stated quite clearly why he moved. Taxes and the people, traffic and overall instability of the state. He’s watched as the state has crumbled and he’s getting out. The main reason he moved is the Spotify deal even if he hasn’t admitted it. The amount of taxes he’s saving makes it a no brainer. He doesn’t Need to be on LA to run a podcast. People climb over themselves to get on his show because of the audience. They come to him.

Gotta respect the guy. He doesn’t BS.

 

If it weren't for the heat, humidity, and bugs, I'd have already moved back to Texas several years ago. Colorado is rapidly turning into another Democrat-infested "Kalifornia-clone". And every time Kalifornia gets hit with a natural disaster, even more of the bastards come pouring into other states, usually here in the West. We should 'wall it off' and force them to deal with their own problems without contaminating the rest of the Western United States.

 

Nah, I have seen enough of his podcasts to see how he operates. He walks a fine line. Lefties would ruin him if he went more conservative and he would lose a big chunk of his audience if he went full lefty. He is not wealthy enough yet not to be ruined.

 

It's a free country. It seems like people fleeing these places would be open to realigning their own political affiliations.

 

If you're a registered Liberal Democrat in the State you're fleeing, who's politics have voted in leaders that has allowed the Cities of that Liberal State to become Crime and Riot infested Shitholes, then you shouldn't be allowed to move to a Conservative State to spread your sickness.

 

But they usually do not. They usually take thier crappy beliefs and voting habits with them.

Why would he go anywhere politically besides what he is? He isn’t extreme in any direction. Your point only applies to phonies who have to answer to phony bosses. He doesn’t answer to anyone. He’s done plenty to piss off everyone by now He says Biden has Dementia every episode, calls Trump an idiot, ect. Very pro cop. Very pro drugs. Very pro gun. Makes fun of gay people but supports them. Calls a lot of transgenders morons. He hits everyone equally hard so what can the left or right do? Complain to his sponsors? He can replace those in a minute.

 

He has to play it that way. He claims to be progressive and supports democrats......if he didn't he would not have a career.

 

Because he is progressive on some issues and conservative on others. Have you heard him blast progressives on gender identity and sex changes? He hates identity politics which is the progressive base. He is the average American. Swings a little this way and that. Only FREAKS falls into the extremes on either side. They are NOT the majority. He falls into the Center Left. Talked about it on a few shows.

Explain how He owes his career to Democrats? He doesn’t support Biden or Kamala.

 

The most lib-infested city in Texas today is almost certainly a town I knew quite well while I went to the University of Texas -- AT AUSTIN.

It was always free-spirited and different, in a good-natured, youthfully-rebellious, intellectual kind of way (and it always added to the charm of the town).

Now? It's an overcrowded, overtaxed cluster of miseries. It's run by liberal governmental factions and various America-HATING groups, and its streets are increasingly clogged with with trashed-out drunks, druggies, and homeless bums!

I'm glad I got my BS/honors degree so long ago, and got my ass out of there!

I would say Rogan has found the way to pull off placating lefties and maintain conservative fans. I like his podcast because it is like just folks sitting around bull ******** but I also see how Rogan has to work hard to avoid cancel culture while maintaining some of his viewers.

 

Because you could only say that if it’s calculated or he shifted his views over time. He’s NOT placating anyone except logical people. He has A huge audience because he doesn’t have to placate anyone, he’s just himself. If you think he says certain things in order not to piss people off youDon’t get it at all.

What youre saying applies to someone like Don Lemon Who’s told what to say by other people in order to placate certain audiences. Someone whose views has shifted and gone further and further to the left and extreme. He only says what CNN tells him to say.
