Actually no. Trump is neither Nadler nor Schiff -- both of whom SHRIEKED that they had the evidence to prove Trump/Russia collusion and yet never presented it. In regards to the theft of the presidency, Trump's attorneys produced signed affadavits and video recordings and all of that was dismissed by both leftist and RINO judges per pre-arrangement with the DNC . . . agreements on that issue having been made months ago.

This was why it's called an open theft. No investigations by the FBI was done despite sworn statements. No real examination of the evidence . . . simply politically corrupt judges smirking and saying that evidence is no evidence. Case dismissed.

So . . . a judicially sanctioned open theft of the presidency per pre-arrangement with the DNC. Try convincing seventy million angry voters -- whom watched that happen before their very eyes -- that they did NOT see or hear what they saw and heard.

Now before giving into the temptation to make this personal . . . be aware that I merely presented what the average conservative and Republican on the street apparently is thinking about this farce of an election based on polling. For myself, I am having fun watching the political Left chortle over their successful theft while they are stoking up their political steam engine and making themselves ready to drive it down the tracks and right over the nearest high cliff. So any PERSONAL attack WILL be reported to the moderators. You may now reply.

Don't forget that Congress still has to certify the Electoral counts. And guess what? Pence is still the President Pro Temp of the Senate and the House vote must be one vote per state and there are 30 Republican House delegations as opposed to 20 Dem.

It amounts to sedition when he urges the military to use force to keep him in the presidency; and by that I don't mean something that Trump hating leftists can INTERPRET to be that but the actual words themselves taken IN CONTEXT.

Utilizing the court systems to redress percieved wrongs is not sedition . . . otherwise countless nation-hating leftist activists would be in prison.

So, are you suggesting that the House should openly go against the will of the people and pick Trump's "alternative" electors over the electors chosen by the people of the states? Is that really what you are suggesting? Think about it.

The "will" of the people is irrelevant. The US is not a damned democracy. Hell, repeal the 17th amendment and return selection of Senators to the State Legislatures where it belongs.

The "will"of the people is irrelevant within the minds of politicians.

I would so love to see Liberals' heads explode if this were to happen. I'm glad Trump's fighting this to the bitter end.

So, you'd throw away our democracy and install Trump as a dictator only to see liberal's heads explode? Not unexpected from a Trump supporter.

Trump took the con to a whole new level, maybe Biden should buy a resort and charge the tax payers for it like Trump did

as much as the tax payers gave Mar-a-Lago, we should own it

The State Legislatures have decided that their selection will be based on the votes in their State. As for Congress having to certify the results, they will. Sure, you'll have a couple of children like Gohmert and Gaetz throw their little hissy fits, but their coup won't work. Biden is going to be President. I don't like the guy, and I didn't like Trump, but they both legitimately won. If they can find reasons to impeach him, so be it, but the attempt by the GOP to steal this election and take a torch to the votes of millions has failed.

The GOP needs to get its sanity back and start working on an actual platform; they need something more than just Trump worship, especially now.

I am not the topic of this thread. Ad hominem fallacy.

There is no reason for Trump to ever concede. He will have to leave the White House because the the overthrow of Democratic government by the plutocrats was successful and nobody is going to do anything about it, But he never should concede. Nor will I.

There is no legal standing to conceding an election. It is a courtesy and a tradition.

That may or may not be true. And can be applied to virtually any politician.

If Trump appointed left-wing judges, that's on him, and McConnell for approving them.

There were numerous audits and recounts and no fraud was found. Director of cybersecurity found no fraud. Bill Barr found no fraud. What more do you want? You want an investigation by the FBI who Trump says is part of the deep state? When the FBI says those affidavits are unreliable, you will undoubtedly say they are part of the deep state. How can you take affidavits seriously when they claim there was 130% voter turnout in counties Trump lost? So what exactly are you looking for?

I haven't checked recently, but legally, Trump's court actions 1. Constitutionality (Texas initial plaintiff previously dismissed for standing), and 2. Fraud are not complete.

Bush v Gore was heard by SCOTUS on the MERITS, Gore did not concede until then, and I would be surprised if Trump took any other actions until Court options including SCOTUS are complete or reasonably foreclosed. They are not currently complete in any reasonable legal sense regardless of what MSM and other Complex say.

So no, I don't think Trump should concede at this time.
