Trump should concede now.

You really that argument will work on Donnie Dark? 'For the good of the nation' eventually worked on Nixon with a major assist from Barry Goldwater and friends in the Senate. It will never work on Trump and there are no rublicans with any spine in Washington except Sen Romney and now independent ( for two weeks) Congressman Mitchell of Michigan.

Dying to know the 'legal path forward' that you see as still reasonable to overturn this electoral college vote. Its got to be one hell of a case affecting multiple states sufficient to disenfranchise the ballots, and decertify those elector ballots in all those precincts. This will amuse.

Its 9 states. Yep. 9 states and from I can see. the tally is 55 Biden wins - 1 Trump win and those votes were already substracted from the final Pennsylvania count before certification and before the elector vote. .

For a poster such as yourself with your post history here? No thanks.

Short summary answer, it's unlikely, but not at all unreasonable that if SCOTUS held for Trump on the merits of either the 1. Constitutional case or 2. Fraud case, fraudulent votes could be stricken down in just a few corrupt key counties, not across the whole country, such that the election ends up in the House... with one vote per state. Not likely to happen, but not at all unreasonable.

Better hope Trump doesn't concede before full recourse to the courts, all the way to SCOTUS. It may be too late even then to placate 50+ million very angry voters, overwhelmingly middle class taxpayers (the other 30-40 million Trump voters will likely just go about business as usual), who reasonably believe their votes were nullified by fraud, but maybe -some- judicial fair process could allay what is coming otherwise.

You lot have not considered at all what it means to tell the core of the country's federal tax base that their vote for POTUS wasn't fairly counted, especially on the heels of the COVID1984 fabrications and human rights violations against small business and their employees. But maybe Amazon, Twitter, Facebook, MSM, BLM, Antifa and TicToc nurses can fill the huge tax revolt-related budget shortfalls that are just around the corner. Stay tuned.

You can bury your head in the sand if you desire. You can ridicule those that don't align with YOUR version of the facts. Doesn't change anything. Millions of Americans feel disenfranchised and doubt that the "facts" you are presenting are accurate.

If you expect me to believe that Biden killed all other previous voting totals, far exceeding Obama in both his election wins, it simply isn't going to happen.

Statistics are factual, and statistically this **** smells funny.

Your perspective is the topic of the thread. You didn't just post a news story and leave it at that, you applied YOUR theory, opinion, and perception and thus is subject to scrutiny.

Unprecedented voter turnout, by definition, means an unprecedented number of votes.

That's what you think I was talking about? Not even either close nor accurate. But then again, also not worth wasting time trying to get it across to you.

Nope . . . just extending the logic to fit the observed events. Anyone with actual proof had better change their name and make a run for it, because their life expectancy would be nil.

The name of this sub forum is? Political Opinions and Beliefs? I believe it is! Here we state our OPINIONS. Yes, our OPINIONS and the facts we may or may not present in support, are subject to scrutiny. We, the actual posters of said opinions are not the topic.

    Uh huh.

And when you say turnout, what you mean is turn in from mail in ballots.

Democrats ought to thank their graces a pandemic occurred so they could use that excuse for record high turn in.

So you get to present a story, a flase narrative, and nobody can discuss your opinions?

    Lol.

Are you here for a duscussion, or just to ram your opinions down others throats without having to discuss them?

Thank you, Dirty Donnie the Superspreader Swamp thing, for being so incompetent as to allow this pandemic ashore, do nothing about it, and shoot your mouth off confirming your ignorance and incompetence. You sealed the deal for us !

It did amuse. There is no serious pending constitutional or fraud cases left that involve sufficient votes or enough jurisdictions across enough states that any court, including SCOTUS, is going to decertify results or electors.

Yeah, because the honest democrats would never use a crisis to push their agenda and politically capitalize off other pain. I mean, it would take a disgusting piece of **** human to do that.

    Amiright?

No he didn't. Clinton, Obama Bush...Trump did few things differently, especially when it comes to Clinton. Those two are birds of a feather.

Blind irrational, partisan seething hatred for "those other guys", that's the only variable.

Show proof that no ballots were fake. Leftists have made the claim, and so show us the PROOF. Can't do it, can you? All you can do is point to the dubious ruling of judges when the FBI did NOT investigate anything and when video proof and sworn statements were considered irrelevant BECAUSE they did not fit the leftist narrative. But you gave me a shout out and so certainly you MUST be able to whip out some actual hands-on proof that not only was there no wide spread fraud but no fraud at all.
