Every single investigative body that has examined this, from trumps DHS, Trumps DOJ, Trumps Attorney General, Republican Secretaries of State, Republican governors, every single court this has been in front of, have shown you there was no fraud. What does that tell you?

This election was not about Biden and Harris. It was about whether more people love or hate Trump. That question has been answered.

 

The article indicates that several upper echelon members of the DNC allowed the Clinton campaign to take over the DNC before the nominee had been chosen (taking it over after the nomination is normal). This implicates the individuals involved in the agree, not all Democrats. And it doesn't entail anything illegal, and doesn't entail election rigging - it entails inappropriate use of funds. The funds were inappropriately directed to the Clintob campaign, and this is what Brazile labelled "rigging". This bears no resemblance to the sort of rigging that is alleged by Trump supporters, which entails illegal actions associated with vote tabulation.

So... you haven't shown it to be a "documented fact" that the DP rigs elections. If that is your premise, then your position is falsified.

You seem to be operating on the presumption that courts are honorable and devoted to justice and the rule of law. Sadly that is a bad presumption, both in the US and elsewhere.

It's not a new situation, unjust and compromised courts. In 1850 Congress passed the Fugitive Slave Act, which criminalized assisting a slave escape. Soon juries nullified that noxious piece of legislation by way of Jury Nullification, but before that happened SCOTUS declared it to be legitimate.

So human courts have been wrong many times about many things.

 

They probably all voted for Biden too. Maybe where that early morning surge came from?

 

There is a plethora of evidence of voter fraud, and prima facie evidence of illegally run elections. Just because courts run and hide so they don't have to hear or rule on the evidence doesn't mean there is no evidence.

How much fraud is required to make it "widespread?"
