Ok, but who told it at least? It is the media in general. Bidem may say 1 or 2 times or so but then this statement is then send and presented a million times by the media again and again, including talking about a million times too with whatever smart asses in discussions about as usual. Isn't it?

And now selling a tell all book about her relative(S), real professionalism there!. Long story short, I got caught cultivating, sentenced to one year supervised probation and had to be evaluated by a licensed psychologist and NA "My dime" as part of the sentence.. My opinion of licensed psychologist is, they are WAY to easy to bullshit.. After 10 pages of a 30 page pre-evaluation questionnaire the pattern was simple.. After two session I had the egghead eating out of my hand, and actually talking about himself more then I had to..

Bottom line, psychologist are narcissistic and seriously full of themselves... And their ego's are very easy to feed and manipulate, and I don't see Mary Trump and her tell all book any differently!

I read ... so only your wife was able? No one else was and is?
I mean ... for example ... a working person is spending more life time with colleagues in his job as with his wife ... aren't they able to do so?

Except that it's the media that keeps going on about Harris, whereas it was Trump himself who kept going on about himself.

Welcome to reality - Democrats have no real platform outside of “free sh!t for everyone” and their “anti-racism” stance just means that they’ll pack the government positions with individuals who were picked for the sake of being 1st at something instead of the quality of the picked individual’s skills and expertise.
Biden himself admitted that he picked Harris for her pigments and the presence of vagina.

The fact that you want bother to check it out because I guess on your world all transgenders, in spite of being mentally ill are competent even if they've demonstrated other wise.

And I couldn't care what religion he was.

Apparently it matters to some so much, that they need to make a point to highlight it, and defend it.

Not everything is about you. Yes, some people do like to highlight things they or others have done. Must have really upset you with the amount of times Trump made a point to highlight everything he’s ever done.

    So am I.

I have been asked to hire women since instead of men since 1975. Blacks instead of whites came next. Then gays.

Today, as an old white male, I have about had my fill. My entire career was about putting the white man last.
When do we start to just hire the best?

So being the first man in space was not noteworthy?

I've clearly stated a number of times, that Trump is a twit, rude crude and quite often, socially unacceptable. He exaggerates and dissembles, but a majority of the twisting came from the media.

I did enjoy the environment he created for business growth, and the benefits to citizens from it. Rising wages, unemployment dropping, record new business startups. Unfortunately, the growing economy also attracted more illegal immigrants.

Now before you have 'gotcha moment' I don't care if people come here legally. People who come/stay illegally regardless of race, creed, color or National Origin are not beneficial to our society, and usually follow up on their illegal entry/overstay with other crimes that do harm people. Stolen identities is a big one with me.

If you think there was 'no criticism' of Trump regarding his ongoing contention, then you weren't listening very closely.

Being proud of doing something noteworthy is not the same as basing it on a physical characteristic. Therein lies a huge difference in how you and I see the world. Trump is a blowhard, always has been.

You actually made me laugh. Apparently, you think I am a 'Trump supporter'.

Being the first person in space is something he did which is indeed noteworthy. He did it because he qualified to do it, by his education, training and determination. That is what should be valued in a person.

The fact that you took a very simple statement and attempted to make it about race is so disingenuous that pretty much lines up what matters to you.

If you are a black woman who grew up with only white dolls to play with, white people on television and the movies, and mostly only white males being in charge, you would think it was a huge deal.

If you are a white man, I understand why you see nothing exceptional, here. If you can't understand why it's noteworthy, then no amount of explaining will help. You'll just have to believe that to some people, it represents a big milestone.

Well, why didn’t your parents buy you dolls with color and features that are closer to your own ethnic background.
Instead of forcing black people into a European fairy tale like Snow White, why can’t you find cartoons for your kids that better fit your views? Look at Moana by Disney - the cartoon did a good job with Polynesian culture. An excellent movie without a single white or black person represented in it. My wife and I are Ukrainian immigrants and we are not finding it difficult to find movies and cartoons with Ukrainian language that introduce our kids to Ukrainian culture.
If you are a minority you should not expect the majority to cave for you. In this day and age, finding culturally sensitive content isn’t difficult at all. You can buy toys and entertainment online that fit all kinds of cultural representations. We have a ton of Ukrainian toys at home and none of them came from local Target or a Walmart.

You have many good points!....The average white person takes so much for granted....If you dont have black, or Hispanic, or gay close friends and hear what they deal with sometimes daily, your probably out of touch.
I dont expect anyone to truly understand what struggles another person has, but if you have a tiny bit of empathy you might find some compassion!

    Sigh.

It's better, now. 40/50 years ago? Not so much. We're getting there, but it's taken a very long time.

PS: I had plenty of dolls to match my pigment when I was growing up. Not everyone did.
