No matter how hard you defend her actions, she is still a woman who "spawns in every pond". That and a Qanon conspiracy theorist, and those conspiracies include some really "far out there" stories like the Pizza-gate and human scrifice nonsense. It is not imagined, its real. I listed the things she has said, and as soon as I did, one of her fans rushed in to agree with the conspiracies.
