I admire your willingness to expose your true feelings. I am not a fan of Limbaugh or Trump/ Did either of them take pleasure in the death of someone with opposing beliefs? That would show low character if they did.

 

You'll have to ask trump what he feels about the unnecessary COVID deaths he caused and specifically the January 6th deaths that he was the cause of. And yes, what I said was very low. That doesn't come close to telling the contempt I feel for trump. He is lower than dog feces.

 

Very big of you to admit. Being a reasonable person, I feel that politicians have too much power as it is and would never allow them to change my character. I don't understand why people emulate those they dislike or, like this case, become even worse.

I guess Trump will still hold power in the heads of many long after he left office.

Even if you don't like things he said, he was never happy to see someone die nor did he wish death on someone. He was a decent person. RIP Rush.

I usually do not speak I’ll of the dead but this is a man who made obscene amounts of money from deepening the political divisions in America. There is no counting how many died due to his Covid misinformation

He didn't just have an "opposing belief". He propagated harm.

 

My daughter called me up today, “Dad! I have a wonderful birthday present for you. Rush Limbaugh died”.

But then, what do you expect? Someone who is grossly overweight all their life, addicted to opioids, and smokes a cigar is not likely to live to be all that old. All those millions of dollars and he never got to enjoy a decent retirement. Almost as if karma cut him off at the knees, just after he saw the Trump go down in disgrace.
