The superintendent said that he misunderstood the question. Is that really what he is going to go with here? His answer to the question was ""we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms".

Also, Fox News is being extra careful with the word "alleged" in their headline. The rape kit confirmed the rape.

The reason why this School Board is running now is that all the facts are coming out.

They set up the father at the School Board meeting. They hid the first rape and moved the trans student allowing the second rape to happen too.

The father was named in the School Board's letter to the FBI about parents that are a threat.

The insanity here is off the charts.

 

Anyone ever did that to my daughter at school, they wouldn't have to worry about a cover-up, or even making it to court...

 

I think that is the feeling that most normal parents have. I would be seriously messed up from such an event.

1) If the school board committed any crimes--charge them, arrest them, and try them.
2) If the parents have an actionable lawsuit (with appropriate standing) then sue the school district.

To be fair the board member did not resign because of this issue. Her resignation was related to her recall hearing already in the works.

Earlier this week we had some folks saying the whole thing was staged by the father in order to influence the election. No one on the left at that time seemed to care of 2 female victims. Instead the father is hauled off and called a domestic terrorist. The crazy thing about all this is hasn't anyone on the left ever seen a college student protest? Does Berkeley come to anyone's mind? The protesters wore masks, they broke windows, they burned stuff, and no one on the left called them domestic terrorists. No one.

 

Have you not seen the father called a terrorist? Have the stories mentioned the boy is bisexual and had priors? The stories were mostly about the FATHER not about the boy who raped his daughter. That’s changing now because they can’t cover it up anymore.

If a trans woman or man came into the men's room, I think all males should pledge to protect them and look out for them if any other yahoos want to be *******s to them. We should welcome them all into our Men's bathrooms with no stigma for everyone's sanity and safety.

When Michael Brown got himself killed by a cop Obama sent 40 DOJ investigators to Ferguson to see if they could dig up more dirt on the cops and find out how a culture of white cops murdering black thugs could ever exist.
