There's a few problems with your post - not the least of which is an admission that the LW apparently NEVER WAS a light for those in the dark while at least the RW WAS one.

I've said this time and again - I don't like the way politics - heck, the entire country is behaving right now. But the LW has had four years of F Trump, we had walkouts and bad behavior the moment Trump was elected, had a gigantic baby Trump balloon dragged all over the place (it's even Ronstar's avatar as of now), songs saying F Trump, celebrities screaming it, and in the middle of it, that lady on the bike. It got normalized. It became SOP. We have posters here who screamed "Trump's America!" every time a crime was committed. You don't come back from that, you just don't. Heck, if I had a nickel for every time I was called a Trump supporter when I've posted often enough that I'm not, I'd be a millionaire. The Left no longer has any nuance nor any sense of history. And they certainly have no sense of humor, I mean - look, I referenced De Niro and his speech - such as it was - at the Tony Awards in June 2018 with the audience giving him a standing ovation; the glitterati thought that was peak humor. Okay, fine. This guy goes LGB and suddenly THAT'S considered vulgar? NOW we need some kinda limit on free speech? Oh no, that's not funny at all? You gotta be kidding me. It was even said here on this board when someone brought up the bloody Trump mask thing with Kathy Griffin, that if the RW can't laugh at itself, it has no sense of humor. Again - while I think doing something that gets you interviewed by the Secret Service is crossing a line - okay, fine. Well, looky here now - it's come back to haunt the LW and I'll remind the LW of what it said: If the LW can't laugh at itself, then it has no sense of humor.

One more time: Sauce for the goose - sauce for the gander. There's no game the LW can play that the RW - or anyone else - can learn and play themselves.

A Person May NOT be a Trump Supporter (per se), BUT...
IF their entire posting history is defined by going along with the Latest RW "Talking Points" (or LW "Talking Points"), and it is clear that (based on their posting history) that they are going out of their way to seek the validation (and "Likes") from The RW or The LW (by going along with the Party Line)
THEN they should expect to be seen as a "Trump Supporter" (if they spend 95% of their keystrokes hammering on Democrats).
Regardless of what they "claim".
It is that whole "If it looks like a Duck and Quacks like a Duck" thing.
