Serious question: Had they succeeded in their plan, and then were brought to trial, what would you call it then ?

The DP party bosses and their minions are very due process challenged. ;-)

Since this judge didn't "break" ACP, I cannot do that, but here's a similar enough case you might be familiar with...

Well, this is a different kind of obstruction, but your point that laws don't seem to apply to T**** seems the same....

There is nothing subtle about a clumsy ham fisted political smear extruded by a partisan hack in a black robe.

Nah... we got him in November 2020.... now he's just a eunuch filing court cases to avoid depositions and drawing dozens to rallies... The post presidency he's carved out for himself is the amusing part...

What happened to the prosecutors that went after Trump in the Southern District of NY?

I've been out of this "game" for a while; let me just say that the 'temper' of political persuasion has changed in my spheres of "influence". Cattle ranchers to socialites doing selfies on Sunset Strip... A "Change is a coming" & I just hope that every legitimate Vote counts & every illegitimate vote is somehow ferreted out & found out to be fraudulent. I'm not saying anything here about the election of 2020 (not here at least)... I just want all the states like AZ, MM, MI, GE, PE (in particular) To do overtime in ensuring that every legitimate vote is counted in the most convenient & expedient way - while ascertaining who those fraudsters are and holding them up for SERIOUS Legal consequences! Wisconsin would be a big one right now...

Will cost the Democrats big time in November, along with the abject failure to lead on Biden's part. Could be 35-50 swing in votes in the House.

The only thing that could save Biden and the DP in November would be a victory for Ukraine. I am surprised that the administration has not supplied the Ukrainian fighters with the weapons systems they need to win.

What evidence do you have that any states you listed counted invalid votes?

1.5 yrs after said fraud votes, no one offered a shred of proof on any scale to change any outcome. Just a few hear and there.
Maybe 20 or so out of 155M

It was more an attempted coup than an organized insurrection. But trump is certainly a dangerous criminal. He has proven that a thousand times over.

That some people can't see trump is obviously dangerous scum, speaks volumes.

Lol@ batching about partisanship, then launching into a partisan tirade.

    Sounds about right.

Admit it, you guys can’t handle your pocket media getting trashed. I don’t care about the suit anymore than democrats care about the Russia hoax.
It is about destroying the other guy. Democrats started it by seeking to destroy Trump before he was even president.
He and every voter deserves compensation. Think of it was “equity” for republican voters. There is no saving Biden and Harris! Nor should there be.

Actually, congress does have the authority to conduct a criminal investigation, but it is limited within the scope of Congressional powers. It is implied under Article 1, section 1, which states "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” When Congress is seeking information and comes across possible or probable criminal activity, then it can refer to the DC Federal Jurisdiction for possible Grand Jury indictment and eventually trial. Furthermore, when it comes to the President, Congress can appoint a special prosecutor seperate from the DOJ and under the oversight of Congress for possible criminal activity.

So is his job to give a public opinion about what crimes could have possibly been committed?

Is this a situation where he should have even opened his mouth at all?
