Yes, propaganda always goes along with war efforts, but I think propaganda is more effective at controlling the public perceptions during times of relative peace. After all, propaganda does not deceive people, it merely helps them deceive themselves.

Absolutely..and I like your use of the term "relative peace". I would just go slightly further than that though, and suggest that there has and never really will be "peace" when it comes to the use of information as its a tool to be used to manipulate situations from original intent to ultimate goal....I guess you only need to read "The Prince" to see how it's developed into its' present form but even further back; Ceasar's Gallic wars narratives were really just self aggrandising (propoganda) tools. In terms of your comment please don't take this as being argumentative but in the context of this "war" - I've been intrigued recently by some of the news reports which warn against not giving Putin a "way out", however, to me the "West" doesn't really need to offer one as he will just utilise the media and plant what he wants and needs in order to give himself whatever outcome he wants - controlling the media makes that a simple exersize.

well....to be honest I actually think we have been extremely naive; lawyers, politicians and businessmen beguiled by pots of money without really any checking where its coming from, the ultimate purse holder or what catches and requirements it comes with...I think we've started to learn but not before the likes of Farrage/Milne et al did there stuff on Brexit for example.

To be fair that was a (failed) experiment by Blair and Brown on multi-culturalism which was doomed to failure from the start. I’ve never been to London, but I’ve heard it’s pretty much a European New York. A city like that will always have large immigrant communities.

 

Ukrainians were shutting down 5-10 Orlan-10’s daily. I noticed that daily quantities started to decrease and Girkin/Strelkov was crying on Telegram about lack of drones in Russian army just a few days ago.
The daily number of shot down warplanes decreased too.

 

Who will bury them?

 

A 1 million army would make Ukraine a country with one of the largest militaries in the world. Add combat experience with western weapons and anyone can see that Russians are in serious trouble.
Drop on your knees and pray to your lord that when that 1 million butchers all Russian troops in Ukraine that it will stick to the borders of 1991 and won’t go into Russia seeding Peoples Republics in Russian regions.

 

We all know by now that Putin and the Russian forces have destroyed many of Ukraine's buildings, and homes in many of the Ukrainian cities and there is no signs of stopping it at all. I still believe the reasons for it and I have said this before and I'll say it again and it is that Putin wants to take away the Democracy, Freedom, Humanity, and whatever there is of Ukraine. Putin wants his way and that is make Ukraine merged with Russia and the dictatorship along with it. whether the Ukrainians want it or not and would be expected to live with it and be expected to obey the rules or face severe consequences if there is disobedience. It would be an ultimate nightmare if Putin were to have his way. That's all I'm going to say for now.

They are openly building a 1 million army. They went from 200,000 in January to 700,000 today. What makes you think they won’t be able to add 300,000 to that?
Judging from everything I’ve seen, that 1,000,000 force will be ready by July.
