    Where are all the women and children, or are they barred from malls? All I see are a lot of men of military age.
    I don't see a mall, but an awful lot of industrial equipment. Are they usually stored in malls?

    Dictatorships don't handle military defeats very well, though. Besides, we have oodles of resources to put into destabilizing the regime through some active measures of our own. Why not try giving them some of their own medicine and avoiding the threat of thermonuclear war if we can?

    It would have created a problem for sure, especially in France where most of the barges were from. It would also have hurt trade on the Rhine & around the Low Countries. Given the diffuse range of consequences that would have flowed from this operation it is difficult to plot their potential impact. I suspect it would have hurt Axis efforts in Nth Africa and made the US even more inclined to help the UK. I wouldn't have been shocked if 'volunteer' US air & possibly ground units popped up to garrison parts of the UK, freeing up British assets.

    Any way you rate it Sealion was a monumentally bad idea.

    Darn tootin it arming supporting Al Qaeda-ISIS was a "terrible thing" .. completely different than the Nazi's but what's your point .. terrible things are OK when we do it but not when Russia does it ? Yeah .. ye old "Do as we say .. Not as we do" foreign policy .. see where it has gotten us .. warmongers are very happy .. :)

    At least the Germans and the Japanese know what the Bell Curve is. The Ruzzians? Not so sure about that one.

    Plus, in order to bring Germany into a cooperative mood, we had to do to Germany literally everything I am suggesting for now defaulted and dead-broke Ruzzia. In Germany, we levelled every city, large and small, we obliterated every port, every hub, every installation. And we cut Germany up into (initially) 4 parts.

    It's kind of funny that some here are trying to relitigate WW2. Ähm, WW2 is over and there is no going back in history to change it. Also, armchair quarterbacking did not help then nor would/will it now. Also, Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine is not WW2. Even if it ends up spilling over into WW3, it's still not WW2.

    "Harsher Penalty" ? you want to Punish Vlad ? and harsher than what ... Sanctions package 7 - Putin being punished pretty much as hard as they can .. and not having much effect.

    Russia will keep Crimea .. gain some more territory along the Black Sea - already concessions being made along those lines .. war will end .. busines as usual will resume

    Exactly .. a perfect example of your position. downplay and apologize for the indiscriminate slaughter of children when its the brown kids . .. claiming dad sitting down for dinner with family is using children as "human shields" -- cry bloody murder when its "our guys" :)
