The attorneys being sanctioned are not directly named in Thursday’s order, but according to the court docket, Harvard Law School Prof. Alan Dershowitz is Lake’s lead attorney in the matter. Also on her legal team are co-lead attorneys Andrew D. Parker, Jesse Hersch Kibort, and Joseph Alan Pull of Minneapolis. Further listed as a member of her legal team is attorney Kurt B. Olsen of Washington, D.C. The Lake/Finchem lawsuit was a dispute over the machines and how they allegedly violated Lake's and Finchem's 'right to a fair election' (paraphrased) and given performance issues of the machines, which are, they claimed 'rife with cybersecurity vulnerabilities' and they wanted them hand counted only. Thing is, there is more than one audit, and one of the audits is a hand count, so it kinda makes that point moot. They also alleged that in the 2020 election, they had 'evidence' of machine manipulation, but they failed to present that evidence (which always seems to be the case with these Republicans). The suit was shot down on two grounds: 1. Lack of standing. 2. Alleged 'injury' was pure speculation and apparently not substantive. I base this on a cursory look at the court ruling. Thing is, court documents are heavily annotated, complex and hard to read, but, this is the gist of it, as far as I could tell. In today's world judges are just as partisan as the people they sanction. Especially in Arizona, the legal system there is a den of vipers.

The exposure of his abandoning the children that he did not pay to abort and his flagrant lying that have made him a public disgrace was facilitated by Trump's exploiting him.
