    Derkach is a Russian Agent.

For example, pro-Russia Ukrainian parliamentarian Andriy Derkach is spreading claims about corruption – including through publicizing leaked phone calls – to undermine former Vice President Biden’s candidacy and the Democratic Party. Some Kremlin-linked actors are also seeking to boost President Trump’s candidacy on social media and Russian television.

Treasury designated Andrii Derkach (Derkach) pursuant to Executive Order (E.O.) 13848 for his efforts to influence the 2020 U.S. presidential election. Derkach, a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, has been an active Russian agent for over a decade, maintaining close connections with the Russian Intelligence Services. Derkach has directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in an attempt to undermine the upcoming 2020 U.S. presidential election. Today’s designation of Derkach is focused on exposing Russian malign influence campaigns and protecting our upcoming elections from foreign interference.

Who is Andrii Derkach? Remember when Giuliani, on behalf of Trump, went to the Ukraine to dig up dirt on Biden & Hunter, and feed the false narrative that it was Ukraine trying to help Clinton, this was supposedly the real story, plus the stuff about Biden. Moreover....

Giuliani appeared on the 'Common Sense" show a lot, flouting documents and all sorts of sordid stuff about Biden's alleged corruption, and it all looks pretty damning for Biden. Except for one minor detail, he's been fed all this info from a Russian agent.

Andrii Derkach. Well, The Treasury Dept. has sanctioned him.

We assess that Russia is using a range of measures to primarily denigrate former Vice President Biden and what it sees as an anti-Russia “establishment.” This is consistent with Moscow’s public criticism of him when he was Vice President for his role in the Obama Administration’s policies on Ukraine and its support for the anti-Putin opposition inside Russia. For example, pro-Russia Ukrainian parliamentarian Andriy Derkach is spreading claims about corruption – including through publicizing leaked phone calls – to undermine former Vice President Biden’s candidacy and the Democratic Party. Trump Revives False Narrative on Biden and Ukraine

As we have reported more than once last year, Biden traveled to Kyiv as vice president and warned Ukraine’s then-president, Petro Poroshenko, that the U.S. would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees until Ukraine removed its prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin, who was widely viewed as corrupt.

At the time, the international community and anti-corruption advocates in Ukraine were also calling for Shokin to be removed from office for his failure to aggressively prosecute corruption.

Fact check: Biden leveraged $1B in aid to Ukraine to oust corrupt prosecutor, not to help his son

An audit of thousands of old case files by Ukrainian prosecutors found no evidence of wrongdoing on the part of Hunter Biden, the former prosecutor general, who had launched the audit, told Reuters.

So your only complaint is that it is too soon to claim that trump is a criminal. Fine.

Then we will expect you to acknowledge he is a criminal if a guilty verdict is handed down.

    Already said I would.

I never voted for Trump, I have zero cares if he is found guilty and goes to jail.

But the number of people on this forum that create endless posts about Trump is simply annoying.

    It'd literally a mental issue.
