I worked for one in college for awhile and all of the employees were white, mostly students, including one of the hottest women I’ve personally known. Owner was an older white lady. But it’s true most are like you say. Not my favorite job I had, kind of boring. Pizza delivery was far better. I do recall we were told never to fight back in a robbery.
