This has been explained time and time again and details are as foreign to you as traveling internationally. Let's go over this one last time. When the was discovered at Biden's Penn office, the lawyers who were closing that office immediately called the POTUS office which in turn they called the NARA. And it was then turned over in a very short time frame. They even allowed, without hesitation or negotiation a complete search of that place along with his personal residence in Deleware. Now compare that to Trump who from February 2021 to August 2022 only gave partial documents, claimed that they were all turned over, state publicly on TV that he was too busy to go over the boxes in Mar A Lago, tried to delay, negotiate, and falsely claim that they were all personal documents such as the TSSCI document found in his own bedroom at Mar A Lago. The differences is so staggering that you are basically stating you cannot tell the difference between a 3/8 lugwrench and a 1/16 lugwrench.

No they are not, but the indictments do show prima facie evidence of the crime and the probable cause to charge a person with those crimes.

No they are not. You two guys clearly don't understand/comprehend our judicial system. An indictment is based on evidence, and was determined, in this case by a grand jury who heard that evidence. The minimum threshold of probable cause. Now in a trial, it has to be beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury of your peers or, if you choose, by a judge. But that has not happened yet and nothing is political about this at all.

Race will always come up in civic discourse when one of two major parties is completely entrenched in white supremacy. As soon as someone not born of white, male privilege asks to be treated equally, this one party goes berserk and proceeds to cheat and game the political system with unjust laws, that are so transparently designed to maintain that white supremacy as to be impossible to keep a straight face while lying about their necessity. The current incarnation of the GOP cannot be discussed without any of that coming up.

And it's a system that made Trump rich - so it's laughable that you think a self-admitted narcissist who whole reputation revolves around
money is going to do ANYTHING that will jeopardize that income flow. Trump's every action was designed to increase his own income.
    He is what he is.

Schools need to be a coalition of private ownership with parental involvement.

Who set the Jews and Asians free? Who is helping the Hispanics? It is up to every group to help themselves. It's the way it's always been.

    Of course.

We can only hope. The colleges are another issue altogether.

Private ownership can be a collective, cooperative, corporation--whatever the parents armed with school vouchers want as a model.
Some Asians are helped, some aren't. Latinos get more help in some districts, too.

The judges and juries are biased. They're kangaroo courts.

Not as tired as those of us who are grounded in the facts are of hearing it. Your baseless accusation is just another way of trying to obfuscate the evidence of Trump's crimes.

    Not true.

Do you know why there's seatbelt laws and motorcycle helmet laws?
Insurance companies pushed for them to reduce payout costs.

Sure, some environmental laws are done by govt putting them in for safety of oublt, but you can bet your bottom dollar companies get their input in.

Funny that Republicans like Trump appointed a lot of the "biased" judges.

They are not biased at all. That is complete hogwash given by a person who is by the very definition, ultimately biased in their opinion. How ironic is that?

The point is that the best hope you have to be successful is to be born of two successful parents. And by successful I mean two parents who do what needs to be done to avail their children of the opportunity to succeed.

I also was privileged to grow up in an area with exceptional schools and there is no doubt in my mind that this was probably the most important factor in my own success. It was implanted in my brain very early in my education that I was going to succeed [as if there was no other choice].

Here's the problem. If you could educate nearly everybody to a VERY high level [and I believe you can], what the hell is everybody going to do? Economic reality suggests you need workers at all skill levels. Not everybody can be at the top in your society unless you once again adopt a globalist view and outsource the lower skill jobs elsewhere. This is where automation and AI is going to come in. Many of the lower skill jobs are going to be automated so people can be trained at higher skill levels.

Abortion, stem cell research, drug use, immigration, gay marriage, gay adoption, trans care, affirmative action, public funding for healthcare, public funding for most things, convenient voting, for students: books critical of the United States, books that suggest racism still exists... probably more.

I'm not sure if a comparison of lists really matters though. It's always a question of cost, benefits, and values. There's a reason republicans want to outlaw abortion, and the reason is understandable, though they're wrong. But neither side can really call itself the freedom party. That would be the liberal side of libertarians - though that's just freedom from the government, not other powerful entities.
