Thats what i thought. You made it up and cant prove your wild claim. SmH. I quoted you directly in the first response and you just wont take accountability for your assertion.

A state SC made a legal decision with their argument for and against in writing. And, again, the Maine SOS made her decision on the basis of the Colorado decision. That's what my opinion is based on.
What is the Missouri SOS and you opinion based on?

It is no different to a SoS deciding if a candidate qualifies under the residency provision. The process has to start somewhere as happened in Colorado and has ended where it always was heading.

He is the top election official. Thats what his opinion is based on. Show us in the 14th where a court conviction is needed. Unless you now are claiming that Trump was convicted in a COL?

If you're unaware of how the US system works, then maybe a civics text will help.

Biden will appeal. Biden will win the appeal. That's how our system works. You're welcome.

Yes, and that decision is always subject to review/appeal. It does not end at the official's opinion. That is just the beginning.

If that official accepts candidate's nomination, that decision too is subject to review/appeal.

Again. Show us. Dont resort to fallacies, prove your statement. If true, you should be able to. Adhoms are just you waving the white flag.

Try a civics text. I can't force you to learn how things make their way through our courts. Sorry. Read up and get back to me.

And what prevents this to escalating to the point of every state doing it and each opposing party appealing it in future election cycles?

Why cant you just prove your statement, a standard practice in any debate? Why ad hom?

(Hint, we all know why ;) )

Prove what? That Biden will appeal such a boneheaded decision? Why don't you prove he won't.

    You're not making any sense.

"No, you'll need the decision of a court"

    Prove that.

Not my fault you don't know how the court system works. It's in court now. The court is going to rule on another court's decision. It's a matter for the courts, as anyone with open eyes can see.

Here, enjoy Tabatha. Much more interesting than arguing your denial of reality.

Not my fault you cant prove you claims, a standard debate request. You spent 15 post using fallacy and ad homs instead. Then you surrendered, then you continued. This has been quite the roller-coaster with you.

That would be a superb move. Then he would only have to prove that President Biden engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. Piece of cake. :wtf:

Lol why would the top election official have to prove anything to himself? His opinion is proof enough. Are you under the silly impression he needs a conviction in a court of law?
