Missouri's SOS is threatening to remove Joe Biden 2024 presidential ballot after CO removed Trump

Colorado really isn't anymore...

Although strangely, that single swing Maine elector could matter in a close election...

Wrong. Nothing in 14th 3 says anything about a court conviction or court decision. You saying its required is 100% your opinion. You already surrendered when you resorted to ad homs which you continue to do. My argument is so sound ive forced you to resort to ad homs because you've been left with nothing else. Nothing.

More fail.... I referenced the court case because you seem to think this is solely about the 14th amendment.. I never said a court case is required to disqualify anybody, because that's likely not true. Maine didn't bother, but Colorado did.

Its funny watching leftists in this thread holler that you need a court to determine guilt of insurrection in their defense of Biden...when they've been hollering this whole time that Trump can be excluded from the ballot simply on what the SoS says because the 14th Amendments section 3 is an administrative action, just like how the age requirement is an administrative action.

 

Not every state is the same in their process.

 

So? Leftists are trying to make it to where the SoS alone gets to determine who is and isn't on the ballot, and if they want to decide that the person applying to be on the ballot is an insurrectionist, then they can decide that. All on their own. THAT is what leftists are advocating with this whole 14th Amendment Sec 3 fiasco against Trump. But they sure are flipping their tune when they finally realize that it can be used against people on their side of the fence also. All while STILL advocating that the SoS can determine, administratively, that Trump can be removed from the ballot due to the 14th amendment section 3.

Their stance is completely and utterly hypocritical. They're being shown that they're being hypocritical. (no doubt the reason that Missouri's SoS said what they did) But they don't care.

 

Some leftists are Democrats just like all rightists are not Republicans...Since an eye for an eye only makes two people blind, maybe Trump should stop breaking the rules and play nice and the Dems would not have to act like Republicans used to.

Their states have given them that power.... I would take it up with the legislatures in those states for doing that, instead of one of them exercising that power. Although it would seem this Missouri asshat seems to think he has the same power (hint - he probably does)
