The Democrats have gone crazy in their thinking and policies

As a matter of fact, I do. Joe Biden is amoral. He has no values whatsoever other than a desire to make his crooked family rich by selling government influence. He is worse than Richard Nixon who at least felt a fundamental obligation to conduct a reasonable foreign policy on behalf of this country.

Trump is egotistical and arrogant, but at least he does have some respect for how the economy works and the people who make it work.

 

You are way behind. The interest on the Federal debt has reached $1 trillion dollars a year.

 

Does that include sending them to universities, like Harvard, which have huge tuition charges?

Maybe community colleges could be free, at least for the first couple of years. That would show if a kid is prepared or wants to go to college.

When I went to college, there jokers who cut all their classes and didn't care. They wasted their parent's money and flunked out. I don't need to pay for people who only want to party.

You see nothing wrong with paying off/down 33 million school loans now, but those that paid off their loans and those that will go to college later, get nothing? You think that's fair? All Biden is doing is trying to insure 33 million Democratic voters and their parents. Same when they said we need to give Blacks reparations for slavery. Now if you thought you were going to get tens of thousands for doing nothing but voting Democrat, what would you do?

Sorry, I totally disagree with that. Trump bought up the whole world supply of the first virus medicine for three months, and hijacked hundreds of thousands of 3M masks going to other countries because he said America comes first. He pi--ed off a whole bunch of countries.

When China threatened to hold back vital ingrediencies that our drug companies need to make life saving medicine if Trump didn't take off the tariffs. Trump gave Kodak Chemical a seven hundred billion dollar loan to build a factory here in America. Saying no country should be held hostage to another country for life saving drug ingrediencies.

Trump signed a bill that companies have to buy American products first if available before buying foreign.

When the UN began coming up with rules they say America must follow, he gave a speech at the UN saying the UN can't make rules that America must follow. It's up to the American people to make the rules that must govern them.

He told NATO that he was tired of America carrying most of the load to defend Europe and if the NATO countries didn't start filling their share he would pull out of NATO and they could defend themselves. NATO countries were mad but ponied up another 100 billion dollars.

He said he wanted to pull out of WHO, America was paying the biggest share and all WHO was doing is getting their information from China. and most was wrong. He said let China pay them.

One of the first things Trump did coming in office is try and renegotiate bad trade deals we made. He started with the steel industry. Pointing out that the steel industry saved America's butt in WWII and helped our Allies win the war. Sense then much of our steel was imported and lots of steel companies went out of business. He said it's vital for America to have a strong steel industry and not have to depend on other countries for it.

 

Why would anyone believe in forcing other people to pay off the loan you took responsibility for, and profited from?

 

And in any emergency, every other country in the world is trying to do the exact same thing.

Putting Americans first is the job of our government.

 

When Germany started buying gas from Russia through the new Russian pipeline Trump chewed Germany out, saying they are helping Russia while America is protesting Germany and cancelled the pipline.. When Biden came in he allowed the pipeline to go through, reversing Trump. But later it seems Biden reversed himself again and cancelled it, but to late and it looks like he blew up the pipeline.

 

So when are the Democrats going to start, after they do all they need to do for votes for their Party? Most everything Democrats do is for votes. Millions of illegals. Promising to pay off school loans? Saying Blacks need reparations? Flying the Gay Flag over all our Embassies? Lying about their health care that still leave around 25-30 million uninsured? Saying they relied on the stupidity of the American people to get it through?

 

That makes sense, I was struggling to understand that gap as well.

 

When Democrats want to destroy the few remaining coal power plant that will cost the people who get power from them hundreds/thousands more a year in electric bills and does little to clean the air. Do you think pollution stops at a country's borders and not travel around the world? What are the Democrats doing to help control that?

So how is govt funded college policies that increase moral hazard?

 

The premise of student loans is that by getting a college education you should be able to make enough income to pay back the loans. That obviously failed for a lot of people, so if you were a serious public policy person you should want to correct that by reforming or changing the program.

Instead, the decision is simply to NOT fix the problem, pay everyone's loans, and let the problem get bigger and bigger because the rational response to a system that will loan you money and then pay it off for you is to borrow as much as you can and not worry about paying it off.
