    I can't take you seriously.

Your bias is clouding your judgment. It's okay if you didn't like Trump. But over estimating the value of your property to get a better loan is common practice.

To target Trump for it is vindictive.

It's amazing the things people will excuse and over look to try and attack Trump.

Yes, I meant AG and have corrected it, thx.

She shouldn't be disbarred for saying what she said about Trump, she should be disbarred for having anything to do with Trump's case AFTER saying what she said about Trump. She is an officer of the court in a position of power within the court system, and is clearly heavily biased against Trump. She should have had nothing to do with his case at all, and she's supposed to know that.

Do you have any idea, any idea at all, how many youtube, tictok, twitter, etc videos are used by the entire MSM? I think not.

Also, if you watch the video in the OP, it's not the guy in the video, it the lies, racism and sexism that are literally coming out of her own mouth.

Dore didn't even play the worst of it. I've seen video's of her which DEMAND her recusal and without question would have this case thrown out Prima Facie.
Jimmy Dore didn't even play the worst of it. At one rally she screamed into the microphone, "If you vote for me I guarantee you I will tirelessly work 24/7 on nothing else until I find SOMETHING to charge Donald J. Trump with". This is so clearly not just grounds for recusal (forcibly or voluntarily), but grounds for having her license to practice revoked and likely grounds for her impeachment. Any review of the public statements made during her campaign, which were made at a time prior to ANY complaint, investigation, or evidence existed would 100% warrant the dismissal of the case Prima Facie. To this day there has been no complaint filed. There are no damages and no injured party. Therefore, no investigation into a private transaction was even legal to start!!! The bank has testified they didn't go by Trump's estimates at all (their responsibility not Trump's). The bank did their own valuation, testified their own estimates were higher, and were happy with the money they made. I guarantee you Jimmy Dore didn't have to search all that hard to find these videos as I have seen dozens which are far worse. This political persecution is a joke. I've watched at least 15 of her rallies when she was running for AG. In none of these does she even fleetingly discuss another subject beyond "Get Trump".

Another cause for dismissal on appeal is the calculation of the judgement. The loan request was for $107 million for improvements to MAL. The dispute regards a $2 million overestimation made by Trumps financial team on the estimated current market value of MAL. Estimations by the applicant are immaterial. It is the lending institution which is legally responsible for doing their own valuation of a property before they approve the loan. Even if you place the burden on the applicant (???) there would be little if any difference in the interest rate offered. This is because the bank isn't just looking at the current valuation of MAL. What they must do is evaluate what the value of MAL will be AFTER the $107 Million worth of improvements. The valuation by the lending institution concluded $22 million for the current value of MAL was low! The AG and judge claimed the estimate was high and should have used the $18 valuation by the tax assessors office. Regardless, most of what the bank was concerned about was the quality of the renovations and the value of MAL AFTER RENOVATION. This is why the bank was involved in the renovations.

    Collateral:
$22 million current value of MAL
    $107 worth of improvements

Loan approved at 2.6% for 30 years.

Assuming everything claimed by the AG was proven, ignoring all the violations of due process and ethics in this case, and the fact there is no injured party and no complaint filed, how much would a $2 million difference in the banks estimate for MAL have affected the overall rate? It likely wouldn't have affected the rate at all. At most, 2.7% rather than 2.6%. The total difference in the amount of interest paid for a 0.1% increase in the rate is just a bit over $182,000 over 40 months. Not only did the judge find him guilty, he determined the impact of the immaterial over-valuation would have resulted in the rate more than doubling! Working his numbers back he apparently ruled the rate would have been 6.4%. From this he calculated the damages to not be $182,000 but $8 million!!!! This is ludicrous!!!! Crack heads on the street could have gotten better terms than that at the time. This in spite of the fact Trump's estimate has no bearing. It is only the banks valuation which has bearing. Trump's team could have left it blank. Trump's team also included a disclaimer stating this fact, even though it wasn't necessary because as a matter of law it is the banks responsibility to do their own valuation.

But it didn't stop there. After calculating damages of $8 million when it should have been in the range of $182,000 at most, the judge then awarded punitive damages of $466 Million even though there is no injured party. Punitive damages? There was no injured party whatsoever. The money is essentially paid to NY (even more bizarre since they had no business even looking into a private transaction they took no part in). This is unheard of and is in no way within the rule of law. This inserts the state as the injured party in a private contract. The state is supposed to be impartial and not have a dog in the fight. Wtf is that???

    As supporting information.

But, like I said, when your "source" shows upon multiple reliable sites, give me a call.

    It's not just her fault.

You need to understand how the system works. She was definitely not at the top. She was just the state DA for a county in Georgia (a place I doubt Trump has ever even been to).
There were other people higher up that should have reigned her in, and put a stop to the highly questionable and controversial prosecution of an important political figure.

The thing about how the system works is, prosecutors and judges have near unchecked power if other officials in positions of power do not stop them. This even includes a small time prosecutor in one state trying to charge someone in another state.

There's some evidence Latricia may have communicated with the Biden Administration to come to an understanding that they would not intervene, before she filed the charges.

But in my opinion, the Republican legislators in the state of Georgia have some responsibility for this too, for not doing anything. My guess is they were probably afraid of the possible political consequences and how the media would portray any intervention, and many of them are not very enthusiastic about Trump and would be okay with him being thrown under the bus, in favor of another alternative candidate.

You know what I don't like? Prosecutors can lie and misrepresent things, and the judge assigned to the case never gets in trouble for not doing due diligence.

Let me repeat: The way the court system is set up puts pretty much ALL the responsibility and accountability on the prosecutor. Judges have lots of cases and can't be expected to give adequate scrutiny to every case.

You can bet that goofy bitch didn't concoct all this on her own.

Same goes for Ghetto Fanny Willis.

Neither one of them are smart enough to pull this off, unilaterally.

Well, even with behind the scenes covert direction how to do this, they certainly don't seem to be smart enough to pull this off without making some mistakes.

There's a chance she will end up disbarred. Not for taking up this case, but because of embarrassing things that have come to light about her conduct in her office, because of all the attention and scrutiny that this case has brought on her.

It actually gives me the impression Trump has more business integrity than any American in the country. Of course with witch-hunts like this I think it probably a necessity. Who among us could have millions of dollars of taxpayer money spent illegally delving into every aspect of their lives going back 10 years and only come up with this lame false violation? Trump's business integrity must be without equal. He is involved in billions of dollars in transactions and this is all they could find?

Oh yeah, even with everything in their favor, look how Ghetto Fanny ****ed up.

If Trump wins, I hope he sends some hand picked DOJ lawyers after those bitches and put them in Federal prison.

You might hope, but that might be difficult, because prosecutorial misconduct is not always clearly against the law.

(And making things further complicated, we'd be talking about federal laws applying to misconduct by state prosecutors, so there likely would be jurisdictional issues)

Judges, prosecutors, and political leaders can't always be held to account for their misconduct.

Dude, the ULTIMATE source for what James said is her own mouth. She was captured on video numerous times during her campaign saying she was going after Trump, and the hateful bigots loved it. She then said, also on video, that she didn't campaign on getting Trump. Then there are her racist and sexist comments that were also caught on video. The OP posted a video of a guy who compiled all of those videos and made one video out of them. Your hatred for Trump has made you blind to reality.

does anyone think that if there was provable bias by a democrat prosecutor, you'd call them out if they engaged in corruption going after Trump-or would you be happy to turn a blind eye to it as long as someone was out to get Trump?

How could it not? How could one be marginalized if it wasn't systemic? You don't get marginalized by one bigot who doesn't like you. It's systemic in the overall society.
