I could not care less about the prosecutor's personal views. I only care about the administration of justice. Not a single charge was levied without a finding by an independent grand jury weighing evidence that it is more probable than not that a specific crime has been committed and identifed by indictment, and it was more probable than not that the accused committed it. The justification for prosecution sits in that indictment, not in a video hit job. He can defend himself later in a disciplinary proceding, but for now, he's got a job to do.
