Many are worshiping Trump, but thanks for telling us of your bias.

None are. That is merely how the left chooses to explain the fact that roughly half the country thinks they're out of their minds and the number grow larger daily.

And that, folks, is why Trump and RFK are pulling so much of the Working and Middle Class vote from Bribed Joe.

It is beyond rediculous that this crazed privileged person runs a government funded news outlet.

OK. Then lets make MTG CEO over NPR. I'm for that. And I'm even willing to stop government funding to make that happen---I'm willing to bet the show would carry on its own merit.

I have always liked the off beat vibe of NPR, but politically they were a dud.
If I may share some gossip...
What started this bust out was a prankish experiment.
To get published by NPR you need a "password" to establish your bona fides. That password is "I hate Trump" or something equally venal in the first paragraph. A staff writer (or ghost writer) did exactly that. Apparently NPR didn't proof read because the author gradually segued into a pro Trump article. No one inside NPR noticed as the article auto piloted into the feed.
Not so oddly, the hue and cry is from inside NPR, not its audience.
But. It won't change a thing. Pravda and Tass didn't even die until the Soviet Union collapsed.

Awwwww, all this hate for NPR.

Don't worry righties, you still have Breitbart and Newsmaxx and OneAmerica to fabricate rightie propaganda for you. And don't forget FaUX, who not only repeats rightie propaganda but deliberately lies to their audience to make them feel good and forment hate and violence against American citizens( albeit liberal Americans so I guess that's ok in the rightie bible).

NPR is actually one of the few sources of reporting and journalism where you get an accurate rendition of a story. It rarely fails to present both sides of an issue and it interviews just as many conservatives and it does liberals. They also tend to stay away from extremists from both sides, although one or two manage to get on the air and shoot themselves in the foot. I've listened to any number of interviews where the interviewer has to pause after a particularly surprising response and has to ask the person to repeat what they just said.

Sure, most righties absolutely hate NPR. I take that as a sign that they can't deal with an accurate and truthful story. All they want is to be reassured that their preconceptions and bias are ok. Hence the call to withdraw any public support.

I wish NPR an long and productive run. Any organization that had a guy like Daniel Schorr with it for over 15 years is ok in my book.

I've always said self-awareness and introspection are not "progressive" traits, and "progressives" like Katherine Maher keep confirming that's true.

The blatant bias at NPR and PBS has been going on for decades. It's public funding should have been cut a long time ago.

Her views are typical of many on the Left, which is why she's CEO of NPR.

She most certainly does, and the people who hired her probably do, too:

Welcome to the Cluster B Society
Psychological dysfunction is now valorized and embedded in our institutions. We need to understand what we’re dealing with.

Psychologists have captured the spirit of our modern culture in four specific psychopathologies that, together, make up the Cluster B personality disorders: the narcissist, the borderline, the histrionic, and the antisocial...
