You can’t deny that the judge has contributed to the Biden campaign and that his daughter works for Democrats.

Those are FACTS. He should not be the judge in this trial. It is immediate grounds for an appeal.

 

And this is America. None of those thing means what you claim nor does it mean he can't do his job fairly, that's his proven reputation. If the America you envision is that only an R can be just to an R or a D can be just to a D, then your entire judgement system is messed up. And, if you think only an R can be just period, then that's even more cognitive dissonance. Your news "bubble" has either shrunk or needs to be expanded because you are being lied to.

 

We will see in November….. America voters see the unjust persecution of an American citizen.

If Trump testifys in any criminal trial he'll be at the point where he and his lawyers KNOW he has absolutely nothing to lose or I'll eat your hat. But if he does not testify in any criminal trial, I expect you to eat my hat.... Deal?

 

As well in the case of Hillary her payments to Fusion GPS and crowdstrike came from her Presidential campaign, Trumps, like John Edwards did not come from their campaign organizations. And while Hillary's agenda of fabricating the Russia Russia hoax served no purpose other than benefiting her campaign. While Trump and John Edwards as married men had personal reasons for hiding accusations of adultery that have nothing to do with their campaigns. Thats why Edwards was found not guilty in trial. And why federal authorities didnt even attempt to prosecute Trump.

 

Sounds like Trump.has nothing to worry about...

Come on post it on what specific felony has Trump been convicted? What state felony is he charging Trump that has jurisdiction in Presidential campaign finance? What is this other felony he committed giving Daniels the money for a NDA and be specific.

 

Certainly more so on Staten Island just one burrough away. It's not that difficult the judge and DA are just trying to keep it in the HIGHLY biased Lower District Manhattan, where BTW the previous DA had the case and investigated and then told the judge he was dropping it because there was no state case here.

Both from the same election. And yes, the situation is different in that Hillary paid the money from her election campaign organization, Trump did not. And Hillary was fined by the FEC $100,000 dollars in a plea deal where Hillary admitted her guilt. Trump was investigated by the FEC but declined to take any action. And Hillarys payment served no purpose other than effecting the election while Trumps payment served personal purposes.
