What I do find desirable and worthy of nothing but contempt ridicule and scorn, is people pretending to have a problem with it when they have never had a problem with politicians talking down to the American people and being condescending, snarky and arrogant. Trump actually doesn't go after the American citizen themself, telling them things like go learn to code. But arrogant ass Democrats do that frequently

As to the bolded, that's exactly what you are doing. You have a problem with Dems being condescending, snarky and arrogant (according to you), but your side, and in particular Trump, get a pass. That's why you can post multiple posts in a thread about the hatred in Trump's language, while not once criticizing Trump, but only critizicing Dems. That's called deflection and whataboutism.

government tends to be far more important to the left than to those of us on the right and this often explains why many on the left are so hateful towards anyone who opposes their vision of government

Easy. The judges he nominates and policies such as more taxes on wealthy, allowing women to have individual freedom and liberty, infrastructure, defending Ukraine, improving economy, and so on. More importantly, not mocking opponents who've had family members beaten with hammers, or calling opponents the enemy, vermin, and other dehumanizing names. And even more importantly, not being liable for sexual assault, defamation, and fraud while under 4 indictments and almost 90 felonies.
