I do not deny the silver certificates existed...in fact, I have a few myself. They stopped using them after Kennedy was assassinated, because Johnson did not undo what Kennedy was trying to do, which was TO TAKE THE SILVER CERTIFICATES OUT OF CIRCULATION. The presence of the Government using a silver standard was artificially driving the price of silver up and silver was still used heavenly by the manufacturing industry. This was causing a hardship on the economy. Is is not exactly as simple as that, but I'm not going to get into a history diatribe with you when you can google it and read the history yourself.
