I don't know about black, white-supremacists, but most cases of racism are in the same direction. Racism is the belief that one person is superior just because of their race. White racists tend to believe that whites are superior. In many cases, black racists also seem to believe that whites are better, and that black people need special considerations to compete fairly. If a black racist believed that black people were superior due to their skin color, they would not seen any need for special considerations. Although this isn't always true, it seems to be true in many cases.
