Here's more! Obama arranged a $350 million Common Core publishing contract for Pearson Publishing, which in turn paid $65 million...for her book, and his THIRD autobiography which he can't even deliver on time.

~ Boy oh boy ... some people are so easily duped. Most authors do not make one million on a book deal . Talk about pay-to-play money laundering in plain sight !
    :eyepopping::whisper::bookdiva:

➡ On average, traditional publishers pay authors around $1.25 per book in royalties. So if your book sells for $20, you earn just over a buck. You don't have to be a mathematician to know that you have to sell a ton of books to actually make decent revenues with a traditional publisher.

The Obama’s are not “average” authors. Michelle Obama’s book was the best seller in 2018 with over 10 million copies sold.

~ Not likely. All fake. Weeks after her book was out It appeared on supermarket shelves 35% discount. Same with Hillary C's "best seller".
I agree the Obamas are not "average". They are far worse.

Dude, you can check every best seller list in the industry and you will find her book on it. Or you can sit there and stew in your anger. Whatever.

Would this be the same New York Times Best Seller list which ignores most conservative authors, while placing left-wing books on that list...before they even reach the stores?

And the Barnes & Noble and Amazon best seller lists. They sold 10 million copies. You can buy a signed edition of her book for $150.00.

Isn't it time you stopped tap dancing about best seller lists and finally get around to the part where Hussein arranged that publishing deal and they got the $40+ million book deal as payoff? Is this the honest way Democrats get rich after leaving office?

The Obama's literary agents arranged the publishing deal. It's what literary agents do. You seem confused.
There were several big publishing houses that were bidding on the both the Obama's contracts. It turned into a bidding war. That's why it went for so much. No great mystery there. The publishers are very happy with their investment. Barak's books have sold over 5 million copies and Michelle sold ten million in it's first year published.

You can pretend there is some deep dark secret, but it' was just a simple bidding war conducted by their literary agent.

Oh, and just a little update, Michelle's book has now sold over 11.5 million copies, making it the best selling memoir in publishing history.

You allege I am confused that it was a kickback for a sweetheart deal. No, I'm very clear that it was.

IT WAS sold in a bidding war among several different publishing houses - how can that be a "kickback". You really are confused.

The touching belief that the lowest bidder actually wins every contract --- well, the confusion is yours. But again...it's a $43 million coincidence so smelly it cannot be ignored. Oh yeah. More on Big Mike....

Dude - the highest bidder won this contract - it's called doing business in the business world. You REALLY seem confused.
So please tell us, what kind of "sweetheart deal" does a book publisher get for paying the highest bid for publishing rights?

This abject defense of the kickback scheme seems to ignore that Common Core publishing contract worth vastly more money than the kickback.

~ Noboby gets paid that much for a "book deal". Money laundering in plain sight. No wonder these people smile so much.
 Maybe Putin should write a book ..?
