The less productive should be demobilized, well if it depends upon the performance lay-off the underperforming then it's quite logical. Streamlining is a good thing, but much better if the deficiency could be addressed through trainings and workshops.

But you'll be the first one complaining when the IRS takes longer to process your refund.

I'm guess that most of the 28% are the least productive of the bunch. The least productive are usually the ones that can be heard constantly complaining and threatening to quit over every little problem.

That's funny. I'm not stupid enough to believe that a "refund" is the government giving me money, nor am I stupid enough to structure my taxes in such a way that it's a significant amount of money in the first place. I don't like giving zero interest loans.

I don't believe that poll for a minute. Hillary is so hated by the Secret Service, I believe they all would have quit had she been elected. She's another Leona Helmsly. Drunk and foul mouthed bitter old hag.

lol, sure they will. Many Federal employees were hired because they were unemployable in the private sector and the Government wants to fill affirmative action quotas. Those workers won't give up their cushy jobs, pensions, full benefits, etc.

For every Fed employee that quits, it will save the taxpayer approx $150,000 per year. After that 28% quits Trump should put in place a fed hiring freeze.

This is what happens when all those idiots that were taught 'everyone's a winner' learn that's simply not true, like 99% of progressive liberal nonsense...

That would be fantastic! There's probably more than 28% of government jobs out there that are unnecessary and would take a ton of cost off of tax payers if they left or their job was eliminated. Lots of college courses as well. You could eliminate a lot of unnecessary courses like white privilege and the people that teach it and save kids on their tuition costs.

Not saying that ALL Fed employees are worthless but we could lose 10-15% and absolutely nobody would notice. Its annecdotal but I know 3 federal employees, and they admit that the following is true.

Baseline budgeting is the first thing that should be attacked by this administration, not a huge fan of Huckabee but I did read his book back in 2008 and that was one thing he said he addressed in Arkansas as governor, not sure how true it was every budget went back to -0- every year and had to be justified, no more scheduled increases, and no need to make "cuts" by decreasing the scheduled increases by a small %. Screw that.
