The jury in the Larry Davis case in NYC held differently. He was charged with shooting at police but the jury held he was justified in doing so because they were corrupt and their actions were criminal. He was found guilty only of weapons possession in that case. Which does nothing to change the fact that the supreme court has ruled that there is no right of the people to resist police officers, even if the actions of the police officers are unjustified and illegal.
