Are you honestly and sincerely arguing that we have an individual RIGHT to kill people we disagree with?

Of course not. Are you being obtuse again? I've argued that it's, as the DoI says, our right and duty to throw off our government in certain specific circumstances (which are much more severe than a mere disagreement). If you can't comprehend what I'm writing perhaps you'd be best to humbly bow out of the conversation before you hurt yourself with all the bending and twisting you're trying to do to my posts.

Furthermore, even if it were time to rebel against a tyrannical government, that's not license to kill any random person, as you keep insinuating even after I've already corrected you on this point. Were the minutemen justified in killing redcoats at Concord Bridge? I say "yes", but what do you say? And can you comprehend how that was fundamentally different from killing people the minutemen had a mere disagreement with?

The Declaration of Independence applies to the Nation of the United States of America, NOT to each individual citizen within it. The Founding Fathers gave us a REPUBLIC not an Anarchy.
