    What in the hell is a "Muslim" accent? Muslim is not a an ethnic group, not a country, not a race.

    Having said that I conclude that thus guy us not of any Hispanic origin he appears to be of Arabic, Indian-Patistani, Iranian, Russian-Chechen, Palistinian, Turkish, Albanian, Aziz, even Greek, or Mkraca, Lybian, Egyptian, or. one of the Stans not already mentioned.

    But Hispanic is not likely at all.


    Russian-Chechen us still in the running.

    I'm curious as to why authorities think he's Hispanic. They must have something more than this photo (his voice from the 911 call maybe), or they don't, and they're just assuming.

    Whether he is middle eastern or hispanic doesn't matter. I'd bet money that either he or his parents or both were born in another country. Either way, he is part of a democrat protected class.

    I'll bet he doesn't have a hunting license and the proper tags.
