I suspect this is more just crime. It could be a racially motivated hate crime. But if there's evidence of that they may well get charged with it. There's some unfortunate things in our society, but I don't see a race "war" here. A good example of why you should get a gun to defend yourself though. I don't know why people think some eldarly couple getting killed and the perpetrators alive and possible on the streets makes them safer than the opposite.

Very disturbing that your first response to the news that an elderly couple was tortured and murdered is that people who mention it are racist.
There are a couple of explanations that could explain that response. Glossing over the fact two elderly people were brutally victimized and died from their trauma and pushing forward a different agenda, which protects the criminal, is...different than how I do things. However. I am not blind to the amount of threads that are pointing out 'black on white' crime. So there is an agenda for some, not just reporting news. Nevertheless, if it is happening, and at an alarming rate, racist intentions or not, the news needs to be reported.
I wonder if this is a case of cosmic karma since it happened close to the 91st anniversary of the Tulsa race riots of May 31 - June 1, 1921 in which 39 black people were officially killed.
