Well, its not all blacks. Its the ones who live in the government funded housing in liberal cities who don't have to take responsibility for their actions. My neighborhood is about 50/50 and there is no problems between the races or very much crime. I also live in an upper middle class part of town which is home to a lot of doctors and engineers.

Nothing you presented supports your claim. It's not my fault you don't understand statistics or demographics.
Black people on average commit close to 3000-7000 murders a year. There are 40 million black people. If every murder committed by a unique individual, this is not close to even 1% of the black population in America. So the assertion that less than 1% of black people commit murder is true. Murder is an extremely rare thing outside of a war zone. The amount of people who commit murders are tiny, even among black people. The amount of people who commit murders regularly are also rare. So when someone states blacks have a murder problem, you're literally judging black people by what probably 0.01% of the population does. If that's fair game, then I guess it's also fair to judge whites as violent since most serial killers are white. And most child molesters are white as well.
