    No, it wasn't.

There is NO "right to be married", no matter what any gay activist judge claims, and the American people have made it clear that they DO NOT WANT same sex marriages, whenever given the chance to vote on it...

The rules for marriage are the SAME for everyone...

it may be true that sexual orientation to one or both genders is not the equal of race but the discrimination you can get for both in marriage can be and has been to are shame the same in this nation that should end

Race is not behavior. Being gay is not a Constitutional right, which entitles you to special exceptions from the same marriage rules as everyone else, anymore than being a bigamist does....
What rules are different for gays than anyone else?

And now is there pedophilia marriages in England?
And now is there insestual marriage, in England?

    Nope!

    Prove it.
It is behavior. It is NOT a Constitutional right, which entitles one to special exceptions from the rules of marriage.

ANd people who want to marry their sisters/brothers/dogs/cats should be allowed to ,also, because that's their "orientation"...why should only gays be goven special exception from the rules of marriage that EVERYONE ELSE has to follow?

    I don’t give a (*)(*)(*)(*) if race is a behavior or not.

YOUR whole point is: SAME RULES as EVERYONE ELSE

Using this logic, the laws in 1950 prohibiting interracial marriages were fine because it had THE SAME RULES as EVERYONE ELSE.

    Behavior is 100% IRRELEVANT.

Behavior is ENTIRELY relevant. Race is inherent.

Sexuality is BEHAVIOR. Your inability to see the obvious difference is typical of the Left...

Yes they can marry people of the gender they don’t want to just like you can get a civil union with another of your gender that you don’t want

Which according to you is effectively marriage across the nation the only difference being the name for homosexual marriages like yours are called civil unions

but you and the homosexuals in your kind of marriage can’t get the same name for your marriage as people in heterosexual marriage and people who chose heterosexual unions unlike you seem to hold that name as a status symbol over your otherwise equal homosexual union

You’re not being treated fairly just because you chose to be with the same gender and I won’t stop pointing that out because it’s wrong

    Emotional jibber-jabber.

The rules are the same for everyone...period. I haven'r claimed anything was "wrong".

I am merely pointing out the LEGAL,LOGICAL FACTS of the matter.

Again, Behvior NOR race has ANYTHING to do with: "SAME RULES as EVERYONE ELSE"

Using this logic, the laws in 1950 prohibiting interracial marriages were fine because it had THE SAME RULES as EVERYONE ELSE.

This is your argument fails and you simple do not have the testicular fortitude to admit it. MAN UP!

except it's already been proven to be a failed argument. Since I've cited actual LEGAL precedent which struck down that very argument.

No civil unions in my state.

No recognition of civil unions at the federal level.

    Plainly your statement is false.

because gay marriage harms no one is unfair to no one if you can say the same for other things then that means you should allow that as well
