Nothing, the physical damage, vandalism, was done by the aggressor who did not have a gun, so it looks like he used restraint against a crazy person. Any recordings that start after the thing started doesn't tell us what happened before, and the police can only respond to what they see then, not later.

It is the same tactic the Police Officer used when he smashed my head into the ground several times after kicking my legs out from under me while my back was to him and my hands up, he wanted me crazy and covered in blood, if a very respectable doctor and his wife hadn't seen it, I would have been in prison for assaulting him, which was what I was charged with, instead I showed up a court, stood outside, and the lawyer came out and told me I could go.

 

So if a man walks up and slaps your phone out of your hand, your reaction is going to be to take off running.

What does the sex of either have to do with anything? Does the law make such a stipulation? They were both charged and from what I am reading from others the assualt charge against her dropped and his ramped up. But why should she not be charged with busting out his window?

It used to be amazing to me when left wingers would see one disagreeing thing and miss the "same tactic," or some other important points.
