Yeah there can be that cat and mouse game. And they'll get caught eventually. And they'll then try something else. But why bother in the first place? I mean sure, punishing for lying and stealing is fine, but why worry if they're using porn? It's illegal to show them porn. That doesn't mean you need to helicopter them and make sure they can't possibly get it.

Nothing immoral about being a whore. A moral person would not feel bad about being a whore but would feel bad about selling out their constituents.

I mean literally that is your job as a parent to keep them away from obscenity until they're an adult and can make choices of their own.
Same with keeping them off the booze, away from tobacco, away from weed or other drugs, away from uppers and downers as performance enhancers (huge issue with the kids these days) and not having sex.

That's not helicoptering, that's being a parent. Helicoptering requires doing their work for them, or never letting them skin their knee. Getting pregnant ain't that.

Again, arguable. Many people would disagree, whether or not it was legal.
That's their right, and generally speaking that's what you're going to see.

After I said if you allow unfettered access to the internet to your child you're a **** parent, or let them hang out with a child who has unfettered access and will offer it to your child.
You posed the "guess you were homeschool" bullshit and called that 'correction'.

yes, and I said one's child can still see this naked pictures of the last first lady on a friend's pc\tablet\phone - your teen has access to many people at school, so unless you're homeschooling - good luck controlling what your child sees

    1) see parental control discussion, no they really can't. Unless you're a **** parent.
    2) phone and tablet use is barred in any school I ever went to. PCs are monitored by the teacher. We'd play some games when she wasn't looking, none of us would whip our dicks out in class and spank it.
Further: The school PCs? Had the same parental filters and admin level lockdowns.
Maybe its YOU who was homeschooled.

see there you go again calling people a **** parent cause their teen finds a way to access sites parents do not want them too

and there you go dark again, sad

some seem to think kids do not use cells in between class\before and after school, etc... and the school can somehow lock their cellphones or tablets down (only if they use school wifi).... lol... sounds like a naive parent

What I said was if you the parent allowed UNFETTERED ACCESS you're a **** parent.
Not if the child evades your fetters and effectively steals access.
You realize that words have meanings right? You realize that when I use a word its an intentional choice? You should try actually reading what I write dude, rather than making up your own meanings.

You mentioned tablets, phones and PCs at school. Tablets and phones get taken up if you get caught using them at school, so sitting there watching porn on them is a bit of a non starter. Texting? Sure. Watching a video or scrolling photos and gifs? not so much.
PCs: are used in a classroom setting.
You'd know that if you'd gone to school, o projecting homeschooled one.

Therefore, those basic common knowledge inferences being established, you're literally implying that kids in a computer lab would start looking at porn and masturbating. I'm simply openly discussing what you're implying and pointing out that even as a horny pubescent I never contemplated looking at porn in the computer lab at school ffs, so I find it a very low percentage chance to occur and wouldn't call someone a shitty parent or say they gave "UNFETTERED" access to their child or allowed the child to hang out with a bad crowd.

and I said they could access it from a friend, you said the same response, you do know words have meaning right?

sounds like we were so close to agreeing there for a min

never said anything about a computer lab.... where do you get this stuff, were talking pc's at a friend's house or their friends cells\tablets

if a child is at a public school, they are hanging with all the children at the school while at school

my guess is you have not raised teens yet (maybe you were the perfect teen when little and obeyed all your parent's rules, most do not)

I said if you allowed them to hang out with a kid that has unfettered access.

Being legally required to attend class with them, is not you allowing anything now is it?
Again: You DO understand that words have meanings right?

and I said you do not have as much control as you think you do over teens... unless you're homeschooling

some teens are goody two shoes and do everything their parents tell them, most... not so much

anyway, I think we have taken this as far as it can go.... lol

And again: Tablets and phones are restricted at school such that I find the likelihood of junior beating his meat in class to be low and therefore an acceptable risk.
    His access is not UNFETTERED.
Likewise: Being forced into a class with neer do wells is not me allowing anything.
Do you see how that works? Where did I lose you in the definitions of basic terms?

You'll note that nowhere in what I said did I suggest some kids are not willing to disobey. Quote me otherwise.

and again, not outside the classroom, before and after school, between classes, etc.....

the school can only control your personal devices if you use their wifi

If you let them hang before or after school with the unfettered, see proposition 2.
    If you LET THEM.

They also have rules against having the devices out of a backpack and can and will confiscate them for use at school whether in or out of class, absent a bona fide emergency.
    Ask me how I know.

yeah, people that have had teens know how impossible that is to control, but keep believing it's easy, like I asked, were you a goody two shoes that did everything your mom said when you were a teen? most teens are not....
