A loose definition I've got of 'Folk Art' - Rhetoric's local grass roots art thread, please share

    I haven't got pictures or painting of much that isn't street art, and nobody carves any wood animals here (that I've found) (and if they did, I imagine it being a wooden elephant or a wooden camel)... So I have no local folk art :(

    But wait a minute; The Jimi Hendrix Experience were from City of Westminster and recorded Purple Haze near where that neon underwear shop is on Dean Street just around the corner. (from my part of Soho)..
    I'm close to The BRIT stage school and my older Sister is an alumni there.

    I guess I'm from this part of the world and this is my indigenous 'art'.

    I've never really thought about it... but...

    My own personal art is very patriotic too..
